Higher vocational colleges are an important type of higher education schools and an important part of vocational education.They are responsible for cultivating high-skilled and application-oriented professionals who need to be in the frontline of production,construction,service,and management.The important position in China is beyond doubt.As a part of the faculty in higher vocational colleges,physical education teachers’ work attitude and sense of responsibility will have a particularly important impact on the development of vocational education.By understanding the current status of physical burnout among physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges and proposing strategies to alleviate the physical burnout of physical education teachers in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,they can stimulate their enthusiasm for work and improve the quality of teaching.Provide reference for management and construction.This research mainly uses research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to investigate the status of physical education teachers ’burnout in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,and analyzes and analyzes the factors affecting teachers’ burnout.Research indicates:1.Physical education teachers in Shandong Province have different degrees of burnout.Burnout is mainly manifested in low personal accomplishment dimension.In emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,the three-dimensional degree of low accomplishment is low in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization..2.Physical education teachers with different ages,marital status,teaching age,professional titles,class hours,and income differ significantly in one or more dimensions.There are no significant differences in physical exhaustion,depersonalization,and low personal accomplishment among vocational physical education teachers of different genders and educational backgrounds.3.The influencing factors of physical education teachers’ burnout in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province are social factors,organizational factors,and personal factors.Among them,social support factors are significantly positively related to emotional exhaustion,and organizational factors are significantly positively related to emotional exhaustion.Emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low personal achievement factors were significantly positively correlated.4.The countermeasures for the alleviation and prevention of physical education teachers’ burnout in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province include: transforming socialcognition to objectively evaluate teachers’ work;improving teacher treatment;improving rules and regulations;improving teacher work intensity and environment;Quality development level. |
