Resear On The Education Of College Students’ Concept Of Labor In The New Era

Labor is the source of all happiness,and it plays a vital role in promoting the development of the history of human society.As General Secretary Xi Jinping has said," All happiness in the world needs to be created by hard work." College students are the hope of the nation and the future of the country,socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,the bright prospect of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the new historical orientation put forward higher requirements for college students,we are faced with many new situations,is bound to ask to strengthen college students labor education,this is to cultivate moral,intellectual and physical all-round development of the inevitable requirements of socialist builders and successors.Guided by the basic principles of Marxism and ideological and political education,this paper discusses the labor concept education of college students in the new era from five aspects.First of all,from the perspective of labor,labor concept and other related concepts,expounds the connotation and characteristics of college students’ labor education,discusses the main content of education from the perspective of college students,and uses comparative research method to analyze the unique value of labor education in ideological and political education.Secondly,from the practical basis,theoretical basis and the significance of the new era,it explains why the labor concept education for college students.New era conditions in bring opportunities to college students labor education at the same time,also make it face a lot of tests,mainly shows: education target fuzzy,education utilitarian tendency,education content lack of overall design,education mode and the single problem,which actually reflects the family,school,society and college student peer group in the aspect of labor education.Then,the model construction is based on the problem of labor concept education in the new era.To set up the most glorious,the most noble,the greatest,the most beautiful value orientation,form hard work,honest work,creative labor quality oriented,cultivating innovative,applied,skilled talents as the goal of labor education,adhere to the dominant and subjectivity,ideological and time,universality and particularity,indoctrination and experiential,interactive and inquiry,thematic and case teaching methods applied to the specific teaching activities.Finally,the practical path based on the problem,in order to put forward their own humble opinions for the future research and the improvement of college education system.First of all,optimize family education and give full play to the basic role of family education.Secondly,college education should be optimized to highlight the key role of school education.Thirdly,optimize the social environment,give full play to the leading role of social education.Finally,peer education should be strengthened to highlight the unique advantages of peer education.
