Research On The Xi Jinping’s Concept Of Labor Into The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Labor,as an important category and core concept of Marxism,occupies an essential place in the history of Marxist philosophy.The classical Marxist writers’ discourse on labor also highlights the importance of the labor doctrine.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,on the foundation of inheriting and promoting the Marxist view of labor,Xi Jinping has repeatedly given full emphasis and exposition to the concept of labor in the new era,which not only gives it the spirit of the times,but also expands its profound connotation.As college students in the new era,they should learn,understand and practice Xi Jinping’s concept of labor.Correspondingly,labor concept education is an effective carrier of ideological and political education for college students,and it is also the content of talent training for college students.Based on this,how to integrate Xi Jinping’s concept of labor into the ideological and political education of college students will become the main problem of this paper.The resolution of this question can build up the correct world view,life view,value and labor view of university students in the new era,but also emphasize the basic,overall and critical role of labor in the process of building a talent training system in colleges and universities.Since the new era,Xi Jinping has discussed labor on important occasions many times,expounding a new labor ideology and labor concept from the main dimension,value dimension and education dimension,and deeply sketching a systematic view of labor.Therefore,this paper takes Xi Jinping’s concept of labor into the ideological and political education of college students as the research target,uses literature research method,the systematic analysis and the inductive summary method to discuss from the following parts: The first part highlights the theoretical source and practical foundation of the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor,based on the foundation,it explains the major contents of Xi Jinping’s labor concept,namely the concept of labor subject,labor values,labor spirit,and labor education.The second part mainly analyzes the inner connection between Xi Jinping’s concept of labor and the ideological and political education of college students from three perspectives of educational goals,content and methods.The third part takes Xi Jinping’s concept of labor as an action guide,exploring the cultivation path of its integration into the ideological and political education of college students,that is,to build a national education work system for the cultivation of college students’ concept of labor as a whole,strengthening ideological and political education to form a correct labor cognition,broadening the education platform to strengthen the practice of educating people,and building a long-term education mechanism.The fourth part mainly focuses on the three aspects of theoretical value,educational value and practical value,and discusses the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor integrated into the ideological and political education of college students.The combination of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor into the ideological and political education of college students under the new historical orientation and overall perspective,fits the goals and components of the ideological and political education of college students,enhances the effectiveness of education,and provides the basic guidelines for the ideological and political education of college students in the new era,which is of vital implications to the implementation of labor education,the implementation of the educational concept of establishing moral education and the realization of the Chinese dream.
