Research On The Cultivation Of Students' Labor View In Senior High School Ideological And Political Course

Ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and labor education is the important cornerstone of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people under the five education simultaneously.It is necessary to infiltrate labor education organically into the ideological and political theory course of senior high school and promote the close combination of Ideological and political course and labor education.On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools.At the symposium,he emphasized that it is necessary to adhere to the unity of theory and practice,train people with scientific theories,attach importance to the practicality of ideological and political courses,and combine small ideological and political classes with large social classes.This shows that the ideological and political theory course has a strong practical dimension,which is highly unified with the practical purpose of labor education.However,at present,some schools still have the educational concept of "only scores,only further education",and there are also thoughts and behaviors of high school students who are unwilling to work and will not work.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out the research on the cultivation of students' labor concept in high school ideological and political course.On the premise of investigating and analyzing the present situation of cultivating students' labor view in the ideological and political course in senior high schools,and combining with my own practical teaching experience,this paper takes Economy and Society,the second compulsory textbook of the unified edition,as an example,and summarizes the strategies and methods suitable for cultivating students' labor view,so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political course,and guide students to establish a scientific labor view.Under the guidance of Marxist world outlook and methodology,this paper studies from the aspects of theoretical analysis,research status,problem analysis and implementation strategy.The first part mainly combines with the new era background of Ideological and political course and labor education,sorts out the relevant research foundation of Ideological and political course and labor concept training at home and abroad,uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and so on,focuses on the practical path of organic penetration of labor concept cultivation in ideology and politics classes,and carries out the research with this idea.The second part is about the overview of the cultivation of students' labor view in high school ideological and political course.It mainly clarifies the theoretical and practical basis of the research from three aspects: the outlook on labor,the related theories of the outlook on labor,and the necessity and feasibility analysis of the cultivation of students' outlook on labor in high school ideological and political course.In the third part,30 teachers and 1000 students from five high schools were collected by means of questionnaires and interviews,and the current situation and the causes of problems in the cultivation of students' labor concept in senior high school Ideological and political course were analyzed.The fourth part takes “Economy and Society”,the second compulsory textbook of the unified edition of senior high school,as an example,from strengthens the education idea which the labor view raises,enriches the high school thought political lesson to the student labor view raise teaching content;Strengthen the overall teaching design of the ideological and political course of high school for the cultivation of students' labor concept;Improve the evaluation system of high school ideological and political course on the cultivation of labor concept,and construct the practical path.
