In the new era,under the background of the concept of "big ideological and political courses" and the pattern of integrated ideological and political education,how to promote the construction of the collaborative system of ideological and political education,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education by multi-subject,multi-channel and multi-link systematic engineering,and cope with the complex and changeable social environment and educational environment will become the internal requirements of deepening the theory of ideological and political education and expanding the method.Because of its irreplaceable role in promoting the all-round development of human beings,labor education has been highly valued by the leadership collective of successive generations of the Communist Party of China,and has been included in the whole process of personnel training,becoming an important part of moral cultivation.Integrating labor education into ideological and political education is an effective form of education to train qualified socialist builders and reliable successors on the basis of the consistency of the two educational objectives,combined with the rich practical education methods of labor education and the profound value theory connotation of ideological and political education.Under the guidance of the concept of "three-in-one education",colleges and universities,as the key link of training young people in the new era,how to promote the construction of an education system covering the entire staff,the whole process and all aspects,adapt to the historical background of the great changes of the world in a century and the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with a more scientific,comprehensive and accurate education mode and the educational demands of coordination and integration.It is of great value.Based on this,to carry out the research on the integration of labor education into the ideological and political education of college students is an important subject to promote the all-round development of talents in the new era.This paper will carry out research through literature research,questionnaire survey,summary and induction,which can be divided into three aspects.One is about the value of labor education into the ideological and political education of college students.This paper analyzes the feasibility of integrating labor education into college students’ ideological and political education from the perspectives of policy support,theoretical basis and practical basis,focuses on its important value,and reviews and summarizes the process and experience of exploring labor education into ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China.The second is about labor education into the ideological and political education of college students.Labor education in the new era is carried out in the process of alternately producing positive values and problems.This article will combine the concept of "big ideological and political courses",focus on college students,through the way of questionnaire survey,summarize the effect of labor education in the new era into ideological and political education,explore the shortcomings in the process.Third,the countermeasures of integrating labor education into college students’ ideological and political education.Based on the problems and reasons of integrating labor education into the ideological and political education of college students,this paper will put forward countermeasures and suggestions for constructing the "trinity" curriculum system,creating the "three-dimensional cooperation" practice system,and improving the "three-ring interlink" education mechanism,so as to bring beneficial thoughts for promoting the construction of a mature education system of integrating labor education into ideological and political education. |
