In recent years,mind mapping has been applied in teaching practice by educators.In the field of Chinese teaching,the application of mind map conforms to the characteristics of the subject,conforms to the requirements of the curriculum standards,and conforms to the practical needs of Chinese reading teaching.The classical Chinese texts in the selected and edited Chinese textbooks for junior middle school are famous works of historical masters and have high literary value,which is of great significance to the improvement of students’ core Chinese quality.This thesis uses literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey and case analysis method to explore the application of mind mapping in classical Chinese teaching in junior high school.This thesis is divided into five chapters,the beginning of the topic of the reasons,research status and methods.The first chapter discusses the concept of mind map and classical Chinese,and analyzes the feasibility of application.The second chapter investigates and analyzes the teaching status of classical Chinese and the application of mind mapping through questionnaires and interviews.The third chapter discusses the application principle and the concrete implementation path.The fourth chapter carries on the case design,taking single text and unit classical Chinese as examples to show the case of using mind map to teach classical Chinese reading.The fifth chapter puts forward some thoughts on the strategy and teaching case.According to the questionnaire survey,in the current teaching of classical Chinese,students have insufficient interest in learning classical Chinese,strong dependence,and weak foundation of classical Chinese.Teachers and students have insufficient understanding and application of mind mapping.Based on the above situation,combined with the characteristics of mind mapping and classical Chinese,this thesis puts forward the specific principles and application path of mind mapping in classical Chinese reading teaching.Expounds three application principles:consolidating foundation,developing thinking;Adhere to the problem-oriented;Student construction,respect individuality.Optimize teachers’ teaching from the five aspects of efficient lesson preparation,guidance of preview,optimization of classroom activities,blackboard design and deepening teaching reflection,and promote students’ learning from the aspects of establishing a system,sorting out the context,expanding comparison,review and induction and group cooperation.Through the design and analysis of teaching cases,it is found that the application of mind map in single-text reading teaching can strengthen the foundation and facilitate the construction of classical Chinese knowledge system.Promote students to comb the text from multiple angles,so that the text interpretation to depth;Improve the effect of students’ preview.Applied to the unit teaching of classical Chinese,it can build a paradigm for students to learn classical Chinese,cultivate the thinking ability of induction and comparison,improve fragmented learning and systemize knowledge.
