| High school students are more likely to have negative emotional disturbance distress due to the multiple pressures of going to school,interpersonal and self-adaptation.Compared with ordinary high school students,high school students majoring in art have longer class time,more heavy learning pressure,and are easier to experience negative emotions.Therefore,the relief and improvement of negative emotions of high high school students has become one of the priorities of mental health education in high schools.At present,there are few studies on negative emotion and its intervention in high school students with art speciality in China.The goal of this study is to verify the effectiveness of painting group tutoring on improving negative emotions in art high school students.Study 1 Based on painting therapy and emotion theory and related literature combing,the painting group counseling program of negative emotion intervention for art high school students was designed.Study 2 is the specific implementation and effect assessment of the protocol in Study 1.The intervention study was conducted on the recruited art high school students through group counseling,and the intervention was evaluated through data analysis,filling out group activity evaluation forms and individual interviews.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: The activity program of painting group tutoring to reduce the negative emotions of art high school students was developed,and the theme was the emotion cognition and perception,emotion expression and expression,the adjustment and expression of negative emotions,and the cultivation and development of positive emotions.The results found that painting group tutoring has a significant effect on alleviating the negative emotions and improving the mental health level of art high school students,which is mainly reflected in the two dimensions of "upset" and "irritable",while the intervention effect is not significant in other dimensions of negative emotions.This study explored the effectiveness of painting group tutoring in the expression and relief of negative emotions in high school students,and enriched the research results of related negative emotions intervention. |
