| Currently,among the many difficulties faced by de facto orphans,family g uardianship is a prominent issue.Due to improper or insufficient family gu ardianship,de facto orphans are prone to psychological,physical and behavioral proble ms,and even life-threatening phenomena.Therefore,social work intervention is feasible and necessary to alleviate the difficulties of family guardianship for de facto orphans,i mprove family guardianship,and create a good environment for de facto orphans to gro w up.This study took the project of D Agency in County S as an opportunity to contact 130 de facto orphans and guardians in County S.After understanding the basic sit uation of de facto orphans and guardians through questionnaires and interviews,we fou nd that the family guardianship problems of de facto orphans are mainly manifes ted in three aspects:lack of family guardianship awareness,insufficient capacity a nd insufficient family guardianship support resources.The lack of family guardianship c aused the de facto orphans to develop undesirable behaviors in life and study,and fami ly relationships became distant.Therefore,under the guidance of ecosystem theory and cognitive-behavioral theory,the causes of family guardianship problems of de facto orphans are analyzed at three levels:micro,meso,and macro,and a needs assessment is conducted to improve the family guardianship capacity of de facto orphan guardians.In the process of intervention,we followed the professional approach of social w ork and set group goals and group plans based on problems and needs.Of course,there are many shortcomings in this study,such as neglecting the special needs of the clients a nd the limited capacity of social workers,etc.These problems will be solved in the follo w-up in-depth study.Finally,it is hoped that this study can provide reference for ot her related studies on social work interventions to improve the family guardianship capacity of de facto orphans. |
