| A country is not prosperous without virtue.If the rule of law is prosperous,the country will be prosperous,and if the rule of law is strong,the country will be strong.As the ideological and political course in the compulsory education stage,moral and rule of law course aims to help students buckle the first button in life,complete the important task of cultivating students’ moral cultivation and rule of law literacy,and realize the sacred mission of educating people for the country and the party.This article,taking advantage of the promulgation of the Curriculum Standards for Moral and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),focusing on political identity,moral cultivation,the concept of rule of law,the cultivation of sound personality and sense of responsibility,taking the moral and rule of law course in junior high school as the research subject,and using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to carry out the survey of the current situation of moral and rule of law teaching in junior high school,To explore the teaching strategies of moral and rule of law courses in junior high school based on core literacy,promote the effective connection between literacy cultivation and classroom teaching,and contribute to the improvement of the teaching quality of moral and rule of law courses in junior high school.This article consists of four chapters,as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction.Emphasis is placed on introducing the research background and significance of the topic selection,as well as the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,and clarifying the research significance and characteristics of the paper.Chapter 2:Overview of relevant theories.Firstly,define the concepts of core literacy and teaching strategies.Secondly,the main theoretical foundations of this study are elaborated,which are constructivist theory,humanistic theory,and Marxist theory of comprehensive human development.Finally,it discusses the necessity of exploring teaching strategies for moral and rule of law courses in junior high schools based on core literacy from five aspects:educational policy,teaching reform,educational function,teaching charm,and personal growth.Chapter 3:Analyze the current situation of moral and legal education in junior high schools.This chapter uses the methods of student questionnaires and teacher interviews to conduct a deep survey of the current teaching situation of the moral and rule of law courses in junior high schools,and summarizes the achievements achieved in the moral and rule of law courses.The main performance is that the professional qualities of teachers have been improved,students have a strong interest in learning,and curriculum teaching evaluation has been improved.Through the analysis of survey data,it is found that there are still shortcomings in moral and legal education in junior high schools,namely,teachers’ teaching methods are not flexible enough,students’ learning attitudes need to be improved,and the teaching evaluation method is slightly unitary.Based on the collation of relevant literature,the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed,such as insufficient attention paid by teachers to the curriculum,low learning literacy of students in the curriculum,and the need to improve the curriculum evaluation system.Chapter 4:This chapter is the core chapter of this paper.Based on the analysis of the current situation of moral and legal teaching in junior high schools,and in combination with the proposed core literacy of the "Curriculum Standards for Moral and Legal Education in the Compulsory Education Stage",it provides suggestions for the implementation of teaching strategies.The content of this chapter mainly includes five aspects:First,update the teaching philosophy of teachers,that is,adhere to the concept of cultivating morality and cultivating people,establish the concept of cultivating core literacy,implement the student-based teaching philosophy,and implement the overall concept of integrating ideological and political integration.Secondly,improve teaching methods and implement the topic based teaching,situational teaching,unit based teaching,and project based learning advocated by the curriculum standards.Third,to enhance students’ abilities,it is necessary to help transform students’ learning concepts,guide students to optimize their learning methods,build a good student learning community,and encourage students to participate in practical activities.Fourth,expand curriculum resources,pay attention to the integration of online and offline resources,promote the integration of explicit and implicit resources,and promote the integration of theoretical resources and practical resources.Fifth,improve curriculum evaluation,establish hierarchical evaluation standards,adopt flexible evaluation methods,form diverse evaluation subjects,and focus on developing evaluation results. |
