Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education Ethics and Rule of Law(2022Edition)put forward in the "Curriculum Concept" that it is necessary to "set up topics,create diverse learning situations,and guide students to carry out independent and cooperative practical exploration and experience activities",and put forward in the"Teaching suggestions" of "Curriculum implementation" that "actively explore topics...And other teaching methods.In the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for ordinary High Schools(2020 edition),the teaching of activity-based subject courses centering on topics is identified as an important way to implement the core accomplishment of ideological and political subjects in high schools.It can be seen that the flexible use of topic teaching in the Moral and Rule of Law course in junior high school is conducive to promoting the integration construction of ideological and political courses in junior high school,and maximizes the educational function of ideological and political courses.Based on the overview of related ideas of ideological and political disciplines,this paper sorts out the steps and application value of issue-based teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Through the investigation and analysis of issue-based teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school,it finds the existing problems in issue-based teaching and analyzes the causes of the problems.This paper specifically explores the optimization countermeasures of using topic teaching in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.This paper holds that the topic teaching in the Moral and Rule of Law course of junior high school should be adjusted from four aspects: promoting school teaching reform,improving teachers’ teaching ability,planning classroom teaching content and improving students’ learning ability,so as to promote students’ core quality and classroom teaching effect.
