A Study Of Tournament Models And Community Worker Stress

In recent years,different provinces and cities across the country have launched various community competitions for communities and given them various titles.At the same time,with the development of society,communities have gradually assumed some of the functions of the grassroots government,and more and more demands and expectations have been placed on communities in various aspects,and relevant functional departments and streets have also launched various competitions in communities,which have brought considerable pressure on community workers.From the perspective of tournament model,based on the community,using literature research method,observation method and interview method,this paper selects 10 community workers in five communities with three different stars in X Street as the research object.On the basis of the analysis of the original political championships and promotion tournaments,the community evaluation model under the championship mode brings great extra work pressure to community workers.Through interviews to understand the specific content of the existing evaluation work in X Street,this paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of the evaluation assessment under the championship mode on community work,and analyzes in detail the additional pressure faced by community workers from five angles: the nature of stress,different stars,assessment content,different groups and different sources of stress.This paper understands the three coping styles of community workers in the face of pressure,such as "complaining","fabricating" and "quitting",and thinks about the deep reasons for their emergence from the two aspects of the government and the individual community workers.Then try to intervene in a case,under the support of social support theory,to help the object of service to establish a reasonable belief,increase self-confidence,to alleviate the pressure of community workers under the championship model.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from five aspects: the necessity of evaluation,the evaluation standard,the evaluation method,the application of evaluation results and humanistic care.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the evaluation path of the community championship model and achieve the purpose and effect of the tournament model.As a means of helping social work professionals,the case work method can make the community workers correctly understand their own work pressure,through the establishment of rational beliefs,the acquisition of family support,effectively alleviate the community workers in the championship mode of the additional work pressure.
