Study On Social Work Intervening To Reduce The Pressure Of Community Workers In Urumqi City

At present,China's economy is in a stage of rapid development.The competition in society is also fierce.The pressure on the staff of all walks of life is coming one after another.These pressures affect the physical and mental health of the staff and normal life.The negative emotions generated by stress can not be vented,and the pressure can not be dealt with temporarily.Community workers are no exception.When pressure is generated,work cannot be done efficiently,and work efficiency and quality can be reduced.This will cause great development in the community.Great impact.By looking up the literature,scholars at home and abroad have studied the pressure of community workers in the perspective of psychology and management.This paper studies the group work under the social work discipline and uses one of the three methods of social work to carry out group activities to alleviate the pressure on community workers.This paper selects the community workers in the M community as the research object.The workers here are mainly young and middle-aged.When they are stressed again,they will be fatigued and fatigued,insomnia and other dreams,which will lead to a decline in work completion rate and affect their stress.The source is the workload,the leaders care too little about the community workers,and only ask the community workers to work efficiently.Therefore,taking the M community as an example,a group worker's group activities are carried out to reduce stress.The research in this paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is an introduction,which combines the current national conditions and the development of social work to interpret the research background,purpose and significance.Through the literature review,it sorts out the pressure on community workers at home and abroad and the use of society.The literature review of work intervention,and finally the research ideas and research methods used in this paper.The second part is to explain the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis used in this article.The third section introduces the M community's profile and analyzes the sources of stress and stress.The fourth part writes about the necessity and feasibility of intervention to slow down M community workers.The fifth part is the design team activity and the evaluation of the intervention process.The sixth part of the group's effectiveness evaluation,in the assessment can be seen whether the effectiveness of reducing the pressure on community workers is achieved.The seventh part is a summary of the entire article.
