In the process of high-quality,connotative development of higher education,blended learning has gradually become the central way.Through literature research,surveys,class observations and interviews,this study found that the overall level of academic self-efficacy of some learners in blended learning environment is not high.Studies have shown that feedback helps learners to exert self-regulated ability and improve academic self-efficacy and academic performance.How to send effective feedback to learning outcome in the teaching and learning process to promote students’ academic self-efficacy is the key to improving the quality of higher education.In order to promote learners’ academic self-efficacy in universities,based on academic self-efficacy theory,feedback intervention theory and activity theory,the elements of teaching feedback strategies are extracted in this study,the design principles of instruction feedback strategies are summarized,and the theoretical model of instruction activities are established.Taking learning activities as the mainstream,we design alternative experience-focused peer feedback strategy and teacher’s verbal persuasion feedback strategy,corresponding to discussion activities and group cooperation activities are designed respectively,and two rounds implement of strategies are carried out in the course of Distance Education Theory for undergraduate students majoring in Educational Technology in a provincial normal university.Through quantitative analysis of the survey on academic self-efficacy before and after the implementation,the qualitative analysis of the interview of the learners of the course,and the comprehensive analysis of the observation records of students’ participation in the instruction feedback activities.It is found that under the intervention of the strategies above,the learners’ academic self-efficacy level is significantly improved.In conclusion,the elements of instruction feedback strategy such as are defined: feedback targets,resources and environment,learning objectives and learning content,learning activities and instruction feedback forms;the systematic,integrative and differentiated principles are summarized for the design of the strategies,and the overall process of instruction feedback strategies are constructed.
