| Badminton is our country’s dominant competitive sport,and it has the strength to compete for gold and silver in various important international competitions.As an important training method to improve athletes’ sports performance,physical fitness training has been highly valued by competitive sports training at home and abroad.Explosive power is one of the essential qualities to participate in badminton sports and competitions,and an excellent level of explosive power enables athletes to achieve better sports performance.Research purpose: This article conducted 8 weeks of enhanced training intervention on adolescent badminton players aged 15-18.Whether strength training can improve explosive power more efficiently provides a certain theoretical basis and practical reference for young badminton players in physical training.Research method: This research adopts literature data method,experiment method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method.Selected 16 young athletes aged 15-18 in badminton from Shaanxi Province as the experimental subjects,and conducted an 8-week intensive training intervention.Before and after the experiment,test the vertical jump height,badminton throwing distance,and the stability of the smashing point of the subject;use a three-dimensional force plate to calculate the flight time and relative peak power of the counter movement jump CMJ;use a high-speed camera Shooting,SIMI MOTION software RBI,calculate the ball speed of the smash.SPSS 23.0 system software was used for data processing and analysis.Research results: After 8 weeks of plyometric training and Resistance training intervention,the experimental group before and after badminton smash speed,vertical jump height,badminton long throw,squat jump(CMJ)flight time and relative peak power all showed There was a very significant difference(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the stability of badminton smash(P>0.05).Before and after the control group,there were significant differences in vertical jump height and relative peak power(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in badminton smash speed and squat jump(CMJ)flight time(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in the stability of badminton throwing and badminton smashing point(P>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of enhanced training intervention,there is a significant improvement in badminton smash speed.(2)Resistance training can also improve the speed of badminton samashing,but the range is not obvious.(3)After 8weeks of plyometrice training intervention,the vertical jump height,badminton long throw,squat jump test,and other indicators of explosive power have also improved(4)Plyometric training and resistance training did not have a good training effect in the test of the stability of the smashing point. |
