Research purpose:Lower limb explosive power is one of the most important basic qualities in badminton,which will affect the bounce height and push off speed of badminton players.This study conducted rapid stretching compound training for 11-13 year old adolescent badminton players through experiments,analyzed the influence of rapid stretching compound training on the lower limb explosive power of experimental subjects,and explored more scientific training methods.To improve the special quality of badminton players,so as to improve the lower limbs outburst,Xi ’an team in the next provincial Games to achieve excellent results to lay the foundation for the rapid expansion of compound training in the training of young badminton players to provide a theoretical basis.Research methods:The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by expert interview,literature review,experiment and mathematical statistics,and the members were all male students aged 11 to 13.The control group adopted the traditional strength training program,while the experimental group adopted the training content of rapid stretching compound training every Tuesday and Friday.The training time and exercise load of the two groups were similar.The experiment lasted for a total of 3 months and was divided into three stages to gradually improve the intensity and difficulty of training movements and the number of training groups,so as to achieve the progressive training goal.Before and after the experiment,special test indexes such as standing long jump,one-foot long jump,vertical jump touch height,10 times front and back field step movement,10 times left and right field step movement and 10 times low center of gravity step movement of the two groups were tested.Independent sample t test and paired sample t test were conducted on the obtained data,and the experimental results were obtained by analyzing and processing the data.The research results:(1)After 12 weeks of rapid telescopic compound training,the performance of standing long jump and single foot long jump of adolescent badminton players in the control group was not significantly improved(P > 0.05),while the touch high performance of the control group after the experiment showed a significant difference compared with that before the experiment(P < 0.01);The results of standing long jump,single foot long jump and vertical jump of the young badminton players in the experimental group showed significant differences compared with before the experiment(P < 0.01).(2)After 12 weeks of rapid telescopic compound training,the scores of the adolescent badminton players in the control group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),while the scores of the adolescent badminton players in the control group were significantly improved(P < 0.01).In the experimental group,there were significant differences in10 times of front and back steps,10 times of left and right steps and 10 times of low center of gravity steps(P < 0.01).(3)Through 12 weeks of rapid expansion compound training,Compared with the control group,the results of the six indexes of standing long jump,single foot long jump,vertical jump touch height,10 times of front and back steps,10 times of left and right steps and 10 times of low center of gravity steps in the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the adolescent athletes in the experimental group have greatly improved in the six test indicators.We can see from the data that there is a significant difference in the data,which proves that the rapid stretching compound training adopted in this experiment has a certain effectiveness in improving the lower limb explosive ability of adolescent badminton players.(2)After 12 weeks of training,the adolescent badminton players in the control group showed significant improvement in the results of four explosive power indexes except the standing long jump and single foot long jump,indicating that the traditional explosive power training also improved the lower extremity explosive ability of the adolescent badminton players to a certain extent.(3)There was no significant difference in the performance of standing long jump and single foot long jump in the control group before and after the experiment,possibly because the traditional training in the usual training did not emphasize shortening the time of foot contact with the ground,prolonging the rest time between the two movements,and could not properly stimulate the corresponding muscles to elongate and contract.(4)On the whole,both the rapid expansion compound training used by the experimental group and the traditional lower extremity explosive training used by the control group in this study can improve the specific physical fitness level of young badminton players and have a positive effect on the improvement of the lower extremity explosive power of young badminton players,while the improvement of the experimental group in various indicators is significantly better than that of the control group.
