Sprinting is a sport mainly powered by the phosphate system.Speed and rapid strength are the main determinants of athletic ability.The entire process of sprinting has high requirements for rapid reaction ability and explosive power,requiring athletes to reach the maximum displacement speed in a very short time and maintain a rapid maximum force to the end.The athletic ability of sprinters during their adolescence has grown rapidly,but they need to seek a more suitable training model.The "three-phase" strength training method is aimed at the muscle contraction characteristics of young sprinters and combined with the plate training theory to explore the influence of their lower limb muscle power.On the other hand,it also finds more suitable strength training programs for young sprinters.The research methods used in this article are:expert interview method,literature method,experiment method,test method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method to explore the influence of "three-phase" strength training on the explosive power of the lower limbs of young sprinters.Look for more suitable training methods and methods to improve their strength quality.This article draws the following conclusions through analysis:1.In the first section of the "three-phase" strength training,eccentric training of the muscles for a period of time has obvious effects on the explosive power of the lower limbs of the young sprinters,including the squat 30-meter run,the standing triple jump and the vertical jump(CMJ)has shown a significant improvement.The training mode of the first section of the "three-phase" strength training greatly increases the strength of muscle contraction,and reduces the time of muscle contraction compared with the traditional strength training mode.In the contraction phase,a higher intensity stimulating training was carried out.The fluctuating training load in the first section of the "three-phase" strength training can also be better targeted at the eccentric buffering capacity of the lower limb muscles.2.In the second section of "three-phase" strength training,through isometric training of muscles for a period of time,although the explosive power index of the lower limbs shows an increasing trend,the squatting 30-meter run,standing long jump,and standing triple jump are several items.The index growth rate is small,and the growth trend is not significant.However,through observation and testing,it is found that the second section mainly enhances the stability of young people’s technical movements,the completion and continuity of technical movements are greatly increased,and it also improves the conversion speed of the lower limb muscles of young sprinters.3.After the third section of the "three-phase" strength training is completed,the muscles have been trained for a period of concentric contraction,which has significantly improved the explosive power of the lower limbs of the young sprinters,including the squat 30-meter run,the standing triple jump,and the vertical Indexes such as vertical jump(CMJ).After the 12-week training mode of the lower limb muscles,the conversion rate of muscle contraction was significantly accelerated,the muscle contraction strength increased,and the lower limb explosive force was more closely integrated with technical movements,which prompted a significant change in the lower limb explosive force index in the experiment.4.Compared with traditional strength training,"three-phase" strength training can improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of young sprinters.Among them,the effect of "three-phase" strength training is more significant.The index of the explosive power of the lower limbs of young sprinters was tested,and it was found that the squat 30-meter run,standing triple jump,vertical vertical jump(CMJ)and half squat 1RM of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group.This is exactly Because the "three-phase" strength training adds a training mode that combines action and load,it refines the contraction process of muscles,and improves the conversion rate of muscles and the coordination of muscles in a shorter time.Contraction of greater strength.And "three-phase" strength training can be better combined with sports events to develop more matching training methods and methods.
