| In recent years,in badminton games,players are required to have fast swing speed and strong running ability.Swing speed and running ability are not only the unilateral improvement of strength and speed,but also need to find the correlation between scientific training methods and special characteristics of badminton,and find the correlation can improve the efficiency of training athletes’ explosive power.Explosive power is the basic guarantee for badminton players to hit the bat quickly and start running,and is the key to winning competitive games.How to enhance the coordination between different muscles and improve the efficiency of strength quality and speed quality in the process of human power chain transmission is the focus and difficulty of badminton competitive sports at home and abroad.As a training method with end-release effect,medicine ball can effectively integrate the explosive power of upper limbs,lower limbs and waist and abdominal core compared with the traditional training method,which belongs to the whole body explosive power exercise.However,as a new explosive power training method,the practice method and effect of medicine ball are still unclear.Therefore,the aim of this study is to explore the effects of five medicine ball training methods on the explosive power of young male badminton players,including squat with medicine ball weight,kneeling push-up,lateral smashing,forward jumping with weight and supine lying with weight.In this paper,in addition to the use of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,but also through convenient sampling method,recruited 42 16-18 years old badminton players in Jinan Huangting Gymnasium.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 eligible subjects were selected according to G-power sample size calculation software.According to the number of subjects,the subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=15)and the control group(n=15)using a random number table.The experimental group received 60 minutes of medicine ball training 3 times a week for 12 weeks,while the control group maintained the original training mode without medicine ball related intervention measures.Before and after the intervention of the experiment,the subjects’ upper limb,lower limb and core explosive power were evaluated by selecting 1min elastic push up,standing in place throwing badminton test,sitting chest push solid ball test and standing long jump test.The paired t test was used for intra-group comparison,and the independent sample t test was used for inter-group comparison.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)1min elastic-shock push-ups: Within the group,the data of the experimental group before and after the experiment changed significantly(t=-16.32,P<0.01).Data analysis found test scores of the experimental group before the experiment were 44.66,the test scores of the experimental group after the experiment were 49.13,and the test scores of the experimental group after the experiment were 4.47 higher than that before the experiment.There was no significant change in the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(t=-0.49,P>0.05).Data analysis found the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment were 44.73,44.86,and the test scores of the control group after the experiment were 0.13 higher than those before the experiment.Compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference in test scores before the experiment(t=-0.12,P>0.05).Data analysis found it was found that the test scores of the experimental group were 44.66,and the test scores of the control group were 44.73,and the test scores of the control group were 0.07 more than the test scores of the experimental group.After grouping training,the test result of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=6.02,P<0.01).After the experiment,we found that it 49.13 in the experimental group and 44.86 in the control group,4.27 more in the experimental group than in the control group.(2)Standing badminton throwing: Within the group,the data of the experimental group changed significantly before and after the experiment,and the test score was significantly improved(t=-11.51,P<0.01).After the experiment,we found that the test score of the experimental group was 7.76 m before the experiment,the test score of the experimental group was 7.59 m after the experiment,and the test score of the experimental group was 0.17 m higher than the data before the experiment.There was no significant change in the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(t=1.63,P>0.05).After the experiment,we found that the test scores of the control group before the experiment were 7.62 m,and that of the control group after the experiment were 7.62 m.The test scores of the control group before the experiment had no significant change compared with the test scores of the control group after the experiment.Compared between groups,there was no significant difference in test scores before group training(t=-0.51,P>0.05).we found that the score of the experimental group was 7.59 m,the score of the control group was 7.62 m,and the score of the control group was 0.03 m higher than that of the experimental group.The test result of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.14,P<0.05).The test result of the experimental group was 7.76 m,and that of the control group was 7.62 m.The test result of the experimental group was 0.14 m higher than that of the control group.(3)Sitting chest forward flat push solid ball: Within the group,the data of the experimental group changed significantly before and after the experiment,and the test score was significantly improved(t=-16.55,P<0.01).we found that the test score of the experimental group was 4.59 m before the experiment,the test score of the experimental group was 4.8m after the experiment,and the test score of the experimental group was 0.21 m higher than that before the experiment.There was no significant change in the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(t=-0.28,P>0.05).we found that the test scores of the control group were 4.49 m,and there was no significant change in the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment.Compared between groups,there was no significant difference in test scores before group training(t=1.28,P>0.05).After data analysis,it was found that the test scores of the experimental group were 4.59 m and that of the control group was 4.49 m,and the test scores of the experimental group were 0.1m more than the test data of the control group.After group training,the test score of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(t=4.24,P<0.01).we found that the test score of the experimental group was 4.8m and control group was 4.49 m,and the test score of the experimental group was increased by 0.31 m compared with the control group.(4)Standing long Jump: Within the group,the data of the experimental group changed significantly before and after the experiment,and the test score was significantly improved(t=-26.45,P<0.01).After the experimental data analysis,the test score of the experimental group was 2.52 m before the experiment,the test score of the experimental group was 2.67 m after the experiment,and the test score of the experimental group was 0.15 m higher than that of the experimental group before the experiment.There was no significant change in the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(t=-0.56,P>0.05).After the analysis of experimental data,the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment were2.51 m,and the test scores of the control group after the experiment were 2.51 m,and the test scores of the control group after the experiment had no significant change compared with those before the experiment.Compared between groups,there was no significant difference in test scores before group training(t=0.62,P>0.05).We found that the test score of the experimental group was 2.52 m,the test score of the control group was 2.51 m,and the test score of the experimental group was 0.01 m higher than that of the control group.After grouping training,the test result of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(t=7.12,P<0.01).After analysis,it was found that the test result of the experimental group was 2.67 m,the test result of the control group was 2.51 m,and the test result of the experimental group was 0.16 m higher than that of the control group.12 weeks,3 times a week,60 minutes each time holding medicine ball weight-bearing squat,kneeling position push-up,lateral ball smashing,weight-bearing forward jumping and weight-bearing supine lying up five kinds of medicine ball training,can significantly improve the upper limbs,lower limbs and core explosive power of adolescent badminton players. |
