In recent years,a series of problems such as the pressure of students’schoolwork,the rampant growth of out-of-school training institutions and the financial pressure on family education have aroused strong repercussions in society.The Party Central Committee issued the"Opinions" to reduce the burden of school work on students and reduce the number of out-of-school training institutions,a "double reduction"strategic deployment,to develop after-school extended hours services in accordance with local conditions,in the context of the development of sports after-school services,intended to help schools to achieve reform,so that students return to school.As one of the essential components of"moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic development",physical education plays an important role in promoting students’ overall development.Evaluation is an important tool to monitor physical education classes or physical activities,and has the function of supervising,guiding and improving them.This study takes the "double reduction" policy as an entry point to understand the needs and shortcomings of after-school physical education services in compulsory education schools in Hohhot in multiple directions and levels,and aims to build an evaluation system for after-school physical education services in schools,which can not only evaluate the effectiveness of after-school physical education services more directly and objectively,but also help schools It is also beneficial for schools to clarify the development direction,propose countermeasures to the problems,and improve the overall quality of after-school PE services.This paper selects the evaluation system of physical education after-school service in Hohhot city compulsory education stage schools as the research object,and investigates the current situation of the implementation of physical education after-school service in Hohhot city compulsory education stage schools at the present stage by using the research methods of literature,Telfer method,interview method and hierarchical analysis,and finds that there is a lack of unified,scientific and perfect evaluation system of the implementation effect of physical education after-school service in the local area.In response to this phenomenon,this study combined the evaluation theories related to physical education teaching to construct an evaluation system for after-school physical education services in Hohhot compulsory education,firstly,based on the CIPP theory,following the principles of subjectivity,scientificity and wholeness,the indicators were screened by the Telfer method and mathematical statistics,and 4 primary indicators,13secondary indicators and 51 tertiary indicators were identified for service input,service process,organization,management and publicity,and service effect.The weight of each index is calculated and assigned by using hierarchical analysis.After formulating the evaluation system,the evaluation subjects were selected,and the evaluation system of after-school sports service in Hohhot compulsory education was finally formed.The evaluation system developed in this study is expected to provide reference value for the evaluation of physical education after-school services in other regions or schools,and is expected to mobilize more social forces to act together to contribute to the reform of school physical education and to reduce the pressure of students,parents and institutions. |
