As a necessary supplement to classroom teaching and a powerful starting point for the integration of five educations,after-school services play a non-negligible role in primary and secondary education.The introduction of the "double reduction" policy has put forward new requirements for after-school services,and schools should pay more attention to how to improve the quality when carrying out after-school services,while avoiding turning after-school services into centralized make-up classes.Only by improving the quality of after-school services and effectively connecting with daily teaching can a virtuous circle be formed and help students "reduce their burden".The second period is a critical period in the transition from the first to the third period,and investigating the satisfaction of students in the second period of after-school services plays a crucial role in improving the quality of after-school services.However,at present,the satisfaction of primary school students with after-school services is generally not high,and in view of the problems existing in the context of "burden reduction",it is a problem that should be solved by formulating appropriate strategies to improve the satisfaction of after-school services for students in the second stage of primary school.Based on the theory of comprehensive development,multiple intelligences theory and customer satisfaction theory,this study takes the students who participate in after-school services in the second section of W Primary School in Shijiazhuang as the research object,and uses the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to understand the situation of after-school service satisfaction of students in the second section of primary school under the perspective of "double reduction".First of all,through the analysis and collation of questionnaire data and the results of interviews with teachers and parents,it can be found that the current primary school students’ satisfaction with after-school services is not good,and there are many problems,such as the overall low satisfaction of students in the second semester and the large gap between students’ educational expectations for after-school services and the actual situation.However,at the same time,the survey results of after-school service satisfaction also have positive aspects,such as: students’ initiative to participate in after-school services has increased,and students’ willingness to continue to participate in after-school services has increased.Secondly,according to the results of the survey,the results of the survey on the satisfaction of after-school services were attributed and analyzed,and the positive reasons could be summarized as: teachers’ understanding of the value of after-school services became clearer;After-school services from the perspective of "double reduction" improve the efficiency of students’ homework;The special courses of after-school services are attractive and enrich students’ learning activities;The implementation of the teacher shift system effectively promotes the development of students’ learning in various subjects;It solves the "three-and-a-half" problem of parent pick-up,and the after-school service time and fee are relatively humane.The construction of after-school service courses lacks standardization and is not systematic;The after-school service content is single and the form is rigid;The increase in the number and quality of students has limited the function of after-school services;The workload of teachers in after-school services has increased,and the diversified needs must be paid attention to;The collaborative education mechanism of integrating three teachings has not been effectively established,which is the main reason for reducing students’ satisfaction with after-school services.Thirdly,combined with the specific problems and corresponding cause analysis,some specific and feasible solutions are proposed,that is,to enhance the awareness of after-school service course development and build a systematic after-school service course system;Enrich the content and form of after-school services to meet the development needs of students;Improve the management mechanism of after-school services to help the function of after-school services;Promote the reduction of the burden of after-school service teachers to meet the actual needs of teachers;Build an after-school service and education system that integrates home-school-club education to promote students’ growth.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on the research conclusions of this study,analyzes the research shortcomings,and puts forward the research prospect.
