Bikini fitness is a body-building competition that takes the figure curve,overall image,triangle,abdominal muscle and gluteal muscle as the main criteria.With the constant promotion and rapid development of Bikini fitness in international body-building competitions,China has emerged a number of excellent high-level Bikini fitness athletes.This study conducted an in-depth study on the training characteristics of 10 high-level bikini fitness athletes in China during the preparation period through the methods of literature,in-depth interviews,field visits and mathematical statistics.To explore the training arrangement,training contents and methods,training load,diet and nutrition strategies of 10 high-level bikini fitness athletes in the preparation period,summarize and extract the theoretical basis for women bikini fitness athletes to refer to and learn from in the preparation period,and provide reference for further promoting the training and development of women bikini fitness athletes in China.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The training arrangement of the 10 high-level bikini fitness athletes in China during the preparation period is reasonable,and the training duration and each training time arrangement are flexible;In terms of training plan,the planning and variability of training should be reasonably combined;During the preparation period,anaerobic resistance training is the main training method and aerobic training is also essential;Athletes have made a fine division of each training part of the body;Athletes in the training process for the various parts of the body training action choices are diverse.2.The training content of 10 high-level bikini fitness athletes in China during the preparation period is relatively comprehensive;The training methods are diversified,and the athletes will make reasonable arrangements according to their own conditions;The action selection of each training part of the body is mainly based on the common classic training action;Athletes will carry out strategic training according to their own weak links.3.In terms of training load,there are differences in the total amount of training time between different athletes and different body parts during the preparation period of 10 high-level bikini fitness athletes in China;There is an obvious difference in the weight used for the training of different muscle groups;The number and number of training groups will be changed according to the size of muscle groups and their own training needs.In terms of training load intensity,the interval time of mobilization training is generally determined according to the recovery of heart rate after self training,which is generally between 35-60 seconds in the group and 60-120 seconds between groups;The training frequency of the athletes is that four athletes have two full body muscle cycles a week,and the rest six athletes have one full body muscle cycle a week.The athletes will also use some special training modes to change the training intensity.4.The nutrition intake of 10 high-level bikini fitness athletes in China during the preparation period,in terms of food arrangement,most athletes eat four times a day and mainly high protein diet;The daily calorie intake of athletes is basically 50-60 kcal/kg body weight,in which the carbohydrate intake is 5.0-6.0 g/kg body weight,the protein intake is 2.0-3.0 g/kg body weight,and the fat intake range is 18%-20%;In terms of the use of sports supplements,0% of athletes choose the type of nutritional supplements after training,and 30% of athletes will use the type of supplements to enhance sports performance;The main vitamins are: vitamin A,vitamin B,vitamin C and multivitamins.
