Crossfit is a body preparation system based on constantly changing exercises,with functional exercise and high training intensity.This is the main training program for elite police academies and tactical action teams,military units,martial arts champions and numerous other professionals and athletes around the world.We have prepared a broad,universal and inclusive training.From the outset,Cross Fit's goal was to achieve nationwide fitness.Goal: Marissa is ready to take part in Crossfit.Analysis on training arrangement of physical fitness competition?The methods used in this study include literature review,interviewing methods,survey methods,analytical methods,mathematical statistics.Each method is very important for the realization of this study.Crossfit is a training method that allows the athlete's body to be fully trained and improved in strength and endurance levels.These improvements do not affect the quality of life in a positive way,as athletes perform well in a number of sports events.In terms of health,Crossfit training provides a balanced diet that effectively reduces body fat.This has a positive effect on health and can prevent disease.With good planning and training to better grasp the next exercise load,thereby greatly reducing the risk of injury.As a result,Crossfit can also help improve strength,flexibility and endurance in addition to the positive effects on health through the prevention of various diseases.This is thanks to reduced body fat and increased physical activity.
