Objective: To study how to reduce the body fat quality of the athlete more efficiently and reduce the muscle loss of the athlete as much as possible.Even can reduce fat while achieving muscle growth of dietary nutrition structure ratio and strategy.subjects and methods : 13 women bikini fitness athletes(3 years of training ±1 year)in Xi’an,Shaanxi,China,Age 25±5 years,Tallness 166±4 cm,Weight 59±4 kg,Body fat rate 22.5%±2.5%)was studied for 12 weeks.According to the diet,A combination of the same proportion of different nutrients was divided into A and B two groups.This paper uses the literature method,Expert interviews,Mathematical statistics,Comparative analysis,Questionnaire,Experimental method.Among them,Experimental methods are as follows :(1)group A and group B the daily dietary intake of the two groups is 70% of the daily average consumption,At 2.6 g—2.9g per kilogram of body weight per day,Carbohydrate intake in A group accounted for 45% of total intake,The rest is fat intake;Fat intake in B group accounted for 45% of total intake,The rest is carbohydrate intake.(2)The week before the test was officially launched,Monitor each athlete’s heart rate for a week and calculate heat consumption,And the day before the test officially began to collect blood data from all the athletes involved in the experiment,The latest data is then re-detected every four weeks.The experiment lasted 12 weeks,Every 4 weeks is a stage.The day before the test officially began,as well as the end of each week to do body composition basic data measurement(body weight,BMI,body fat rate,muscle volume,body fat volume).Results:(1)After the 12-week experiment,A average percentage of body fat decreased by about6.9%,Body fat percentage of athletes in B group decreased by about 8.4% on average.The average weight loss of the B group kg;about 6.3 The average weight loss of the A group was about 3.3 kg.(2)A group of athletes reduced body fat by about 4.5 kg,;and B group reduced body fat by about 6 kg.A group of athletes rose an average kg,1.4 The skeletal muscle of B group increased by 0.5 kg.on average The triglyceride fluctuation of B group athletes was greater than that of A group athletes.Average total cholesterol levels in B group rose rapidly in the first two stages,(a)A fall in the last phase;However,the average total cholesterol in A group decreased slowly.(4)In changes in mean HDL cholesterol levels,The speed of B group was significantly higher than that of A group.(5)Average LDL cholesterol levels in the B group increased rapidly in the first two stages,In the third stage,it quickly drops near the initial value;A group of athletes did not change significantly in the three stages.(6)The average testosterone level in the B group continued to decrease at a constant rate,However,the average testosterone content in the A group fluctuated obviously,After the second stage rises rapidly,it falls back to the initial value.(7)In the comparison between average fatigue and average hunger,The B group was higher than the A group.Conclusion:(1)under the premise of systematic training,the effect of medium and high fat diet on fat reduction and weight loss is significantly better than that of medium and high carbon water diet.However,the effect of medium and high carbon water diet on muscle volume was significantly higher than that of medium and high fat diet.(2)Medium and high fat diet structure will directly lead to the rapid increase of blood lipid content in athletes,while medium and high carbon water diet structure will not significantly affect the blood lipid content of athletes.(3)Athletes with a medium-high carbon water diet had higher overall testosterone levels than athletes with a medium-high fat diet,although the levels fluctuated during training.(4)Medium and high-fat diet can lead to weaker exercise performance during fat reduction,more hunger and more fatigue.
