| Post-Activation Potentiation effect can effectively improve the muscle contraction speed of athletes in sports training, thus helping athletes to improve the sports performance dominated by explosive force. In this study, the lower limbs of boxers were stimulated by squatting with different loads, and the activation scheme suitable for boxers was discussed by inducing different degrees of post-activation enhancement effect,Research methods: 12 male boxers at or above the first level were selected from the China Boxing Academy of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education to perform 60% and 90%RM load deep squat stimulation, and the relevant index data of CMJ and backhand straight boxing were collected at the interval of 3 min,6 min,9 min and 12 min,and the data were statistically analyzed by paired sample T test and repeated measurement analysis of variance. The data acquisition includes the vertical jump height(cm)of CMJ at each intermittent time point; The peak boxing speed(m/s)of the athlete when hitting the backhand straight boxing, the maximum strength of the lower limb pedal during the backhand straight boxing(N/kg)and the time required for the lower limb pedal to reach the maximum strength(s).The results were as follows:(1)The after-activation enhancement effect induced by boxing athletes under 60% load intensity squat stimulation significantly increased the boxing athletes’ CMJ jump height at the 3rd minute(p<0.05);At the 6th minute, the peak speed, the maximum strength and the time required for the maximum strength of the backhand straight boxing of the boxer were significantly increased(p<0.05);(2)The post-activation enhancement effect induced by the stimulation of 90% load intensity significantly increased the boxer’s CMJ’s vertical jump height at 6 min,9 min and 12 min(p<0.05),increased the boxer’s peak boxing speed at 6-12 min with straight back hand(p<0.05),and the maximum strength of kicking at 6-9 min(p<0.05),and shortened the time required to reach the maximum strength of kicking at 6-12 min(p<0.05);(3)90% of the load intensity squat has a more significant effect on the level of the induced post-activation enhancement effect, which is most significant when the index vertical jump height, peak boxing speed, and the time interval required to reach the maximum pedal strength are 6-12 minutes(p<0.05).Through the analysis of the intra-group effect quantity, different interval time has a significant effect on the improvement of all index scores(p<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)The research data shows that the post-activation enhancement effect induced by boxing class I athletes after squatting with 60% load intensity has a significant enhancement effect on the height of CMJ at the 3rd minute(p<0.05),the peak speed of hand straight boxing after the 6th minute(p<0.05),the maximum strength of kicking(p<0.05),and the time required to shorten the maximum strength of kicking(p<0.05).(2)Under 90% load intensity, the vertical jump height(p<0.05)and the time required for the maximum strength of the ground pedal(p<0.05)at the 6th,9th and 12 th min have significant changes; The maximum strength(p<0.05)and peak boxing speed(p<0.05)were significantly improved at the 6th and 9th minutes.(3)Both kinds of load stimulation can induce the post-activation enhancement effect, and the comparison of the results of the two kinds of load intensity stimulation shows that the post-activation enhancement effect induced after squatting at 90% load intensity has significantly stronger influence on the peak speed of backhand straight boxing(p<0.05),the maximum strength of kicking(p<0.05)and the CMJ height(p<0.05)than the 60% load intensity. |
