In 2013,the international boxing federation abolished the point-for-point rule and introduced a 10-point scoring system,which changed the character of Olympic boxing and greatly improved the sport's competitiveness and enjoyment.As countries have come to understand the new rules,competition at the intercontinental and world-class levels has become more intense.At present,Chinese boxing is in the stage of new and old alternation.As the reserve talents to participate in intercontinental and world-class competitions,the training effect of young boxers will directly affect the future career and the development of Chinese boxing.Related studies have found that compound training has a good effect on the improvement of the explosive power of the upper and lower limbs of athletes.In addition,the punches in boxing do not rely solely on the action mode of the upper limbs,and the extension of the lower limbs and the twist of the core area of the trunk are also important steps of the punches.And under the new rules,the sport focuses more on the combination of speed and power.Therefore,this paper studies the influence of complex training on the straight boxing effect of young boxing athletes,in order to provide some reference for boxing coaches in the daily strength training arrangement and more scientific and effective training means and methods.This research adopts literature method,observation method,test method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,with young athletes men's team in sichuan province as a test and experimental intervention object,athletes can be divided into the experimental group and the control group,two groups of strength training for 12 weeks,24,hall composite strength training and traditional resistance strength training intervention,concrete composite training on young boxer upper limbs explosive force,lower limbs explosive power,straight boxing play effect.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of complex training intervention,the over-head throwing of the solid ball and standing long jump in the kneeling position with the explosive force level of the upper limbs and the explosive force level of the lower limbs of the athletes were significantly improved,so the complex training had a significant effect on improving the explosive force level of the upper limbs and the explosive force level of the lower limbs of the young male boxing athletes.Although the results of the two tests in the control group increased to a certain extent after the experimental intervention,the comparison of the data was statistically insignificant and there was no significant difference,so the traditional resistance strength training had no significant effect on the improvementof the upper limb explosive force and lower limb explosive force levels of the young male boxing athletes.(2)Group of young men boxing athletes after complex training experimental intervention,reflects the straight boxing play efficiency in smite the speed and strength on the two indicators compared to before the trial test,have significant difference,so the complex training for the young man's boxing athletes keep boxing play effect is significantly improved;However,the two indexes of the control group with the traditional resistance strength training intervention did improve after the experiment,but they were statistically insignificant,so the traditional resistance strength training had no significant effect on the improvement of straight boxing.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the difference before and after the experimental intervention,it can be seen that the complex training is better than the traditional anti-group strength training in improving the explosive force of the upper limbs,the explosive force of the lower limbs and the effect of the straight boxing.(4)After the experimental intervention,it can be seen that while the explosive power of upper limbs and lower limbs of athletes in the experimental group increased significantly,the speed and strength of straight boxing also increased significantly,while the speed and strength of straight boxing of athletes in the control group did not increase significantly.Therefore,the development of upper limb explosive force and lower limb explosive force level has laid a certain foundation for the improvement of the speed and strength of the straight boxing of the young male boxers.
