| The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of core stability training on the effect of direct punch of young male boxers in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide reference for boxers’ physical training and improve boxers’ competitive level and participating ability.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,expert questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,16 members of Jiangsu men’s boxing team were tested for 8 weeks.The core stability test indexes are ladder-type diving bridge and one-legged standing with eyes closed.The straight boxing effect test indexes are forehand and backhand punching strength and speed,30 s and 3min hitting times.The results showed that the core stability of the experimental group was improved after 8 weeks of core stability training,and there was no significant change in the control group.In the straight punch effect,the experimental group’s straight punch strength,straight punch speed,30 s and 3 minutes to hit sandbags test scores also increased,no significant change in the control group.The conclusion is that core stability training can promote boxing training,enhance coordination among neck,spine,pelvis,hip joint and other skeletal muscles,and enable boxers to maintain basic posture and stability.The effective transmission of boxing straight punch depends on the core link.The core stability training conforms to the movement mode of boxing special technical action.So the stability of the core region is very important,because most of the energy output of the core region is done by the core region.Therefore,for boxers,the core strength of the stable training is necessary,but also has its feasibility. |
