The important role of bilateral strength training in improving sports performance and the training effect of compound resistance training have been widely confirmed by scholars at home and abroad.however, the research on the effect of different training modes of the same training method on the special strength training of boxers has not been in-depth.The horizontal comparative study of unilateral and bilateral compound resistance training mode is less involved, especially the research on single and bilateral boxing events of fighting class is insufficient. The use of bilateral limb training, such as free weight-bearing squat, lying push, deep jump and other action modes to design end release training, rapid stretching training and so on can improve the competitive ability and performance of boxers to a certain extent. However, the characteristic attribute of boxing technical action determines that boxing belongs to unilateral limb force movement mode, and the use of bilateral training design may not accord with the project force characteristics. Therefore, the analysis of the biomechanical characteristics of the front and back straight boxing and the influencing factors of the boxing effect is helpful to design the unilateral intervention training means, improve the performance of the straight fist, and enrich the boxing special training theory.it plays an important role in promoting the development of boxing competitive sports. Objective: study 1,to make a technical diagnosis of the front and rear straight punch technique from the perspective of sports biomechanics, and to analyze the main factors affecting the hitting effect of the front and rear hand straight fist and the characteristics of sports performance.targeted to provide a basis for straight fist technical training planning and action design. The purpose of study 2 is to design single, bilateral and single + double action training programs based on the results of study 1,including movement structure, working muscle, resistance type, movement speed, action direction and so on,in order to enhance the local and comprehensive training effect of boxers. To improve the technical hitting effect of straight punch before and after, under the premise of ensuring the dominant side, focus on improving the effect of punching on the weak side and improving the performance of boxing.Square method: the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment, statistical analysis and data processing were used to study the hitting effect characteristics of front and rear straight punch technique and the effect of single, bilateral and single + bilateral compound resistance training. In study 1,Vicon infrared 3D motion capture system,Delsys wireless surface EMG system,Kistler force measuring target, force measuring platform and synchronous equipment were used to make biomechanical diagnosis and analysis of 17 elite boxers’ height [1.75 ±0.078m] and weight[66.06 ±2.768 kg].In study 2,29 boxers were trained by using Dutch Xsens MTw Awinda inertial motion capture module equipment,Kistler dynamometer equipment and Gym Aware linear sensor equipment. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups [height: unilateral group(UNI)1.73 ±0.08 m,single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)1.7m ±0.06 m,bilateral group(BI)1.74±0.06m].[body weight: unilateral group(UNI)55.42 ±5.85 Kg,single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)54.73 ±5.33 Kg,bilateral group(BI)59.67 ±8.39Kg].The intervention training programs of unilateral group(UNI),single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)and bilateral group(BI)compound resistance training were carried out respectively to evaluate the improvement degree of boxing athletes’ different strength quality,CMJ,DJ lower limb movement performance and front and back straight punching effect of 8-week intervention training.Study 1 paired sample t-test was used to compare the difference characteristics of the movement structure effect of front and back straight fist technique by using Graph Pad6.0 software, and the pearson correlation analysis was carried out between the upper limb movement performance, the ground reaction characteristics of both lower limbs and the hitting effect. The results show that there are significant differences in action structure and boxing effect between front and rear straight punches(p < 0.05).The boxing effects of front and back straight punches generally have the characteristic of "asymmetry",that is,"dominant side and non-dominant side" phenomenon. This "asymmetry" feature determines that unilateral training may be more suitable for boxing special technical movements.Based on the kinematic characteristics of the shoulder, elbow and hand of the upper limb based on the front and back straight fist technique, the upper limb link accelerates and brakes in turn, which accords with the whipping action principle of the velocity superposition theory. In terms of EMG characteristics, the muscle force characteristics of anterior and posterior straight punch techniques are similar in the stage of start-up and punching-hitting,the activation degree of gastrocnemius muscle and biceps femoris is higher, and the activation degree of deltoid muscle anterior bundle and triceps muscle of upper limb is higher. The rapid stretching training exercises of the above muscles should be designed.Using spss26.0software to establish the causal relationship between the hitting effect variables and independent variables of the front and back straight punch techniques respectively by stepwise regression analysis of the relevant variables involved. The variables positively related to the peak speed range of fist, such as 1RM push,1RM squat,CMJ,hindfoot active force index, forefoot positive force index, torsion angular peak velocity, action completion time, upper arm and forearm segment speed, were included in the front and forearm respectively.Stepwise regression analysis of the regression model of rear straight fist was as follows: 1 the speed of hindhand straight fist(y)=3.839-1.592 * action completion time(x1)+ 47.389 * rapid strength index / body weight(x2)+8.306 * CMJ(x3).2 forehand straight fist regression model(y)=-1.273 ±0.094 * hindfoot peak strength / body weight(x1)+ 2.906 CMJV 0.743 * forearm speed(x2).From the weight coefficient of the regression model, the weight coefficient of the hitting effect of CMJ on the front and rear straight fist technique is the largest, indicating that the explosive force of the lower limbs represented by CMJ is the focus of training, followed by the action completion time index has a negative impact on the hitting effect of the hindhand straight fist technique, and the hindfoot strength index makes a greater contribution to the fist speed. In the forehand straight fist regression model, the contribution of upper limb speed to boxing speed is positive. Therefore, attention should be paid to the explosive force training of the lower extremities and the release training at the end of the upper limb. The results of study 2 showed that after 8 weeks of compound resistance training in the three groups, the indexes of explosive power(30%1RM),strength endurance(50%1RM)and absolute strength(80%1RM)were significantly improved in unilateral group(UNI),single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)and bilateral group(BI)in different resistance qualities, local movement evaluation of squat and push technique measured by Gym Aware system(p < 0.05).P < 0.01).The lower limb CMJ and DJ movement techniques tested by Kistler dynamometer were improved before and after intervention, and the straight punching effects tested by,Xsens MTw Awinda accelerometer were significantly improved(p < 0.05,p < 0.01).In the lateral comparison between groups, the barbell measured by Gym Aware system only showed that the peak power index of squat and push 30%1RM in unilateral group(UNI)and single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)was better than that in bilateral group(BI).In the CMJ and DJ movements of the Kistler dynamometer, there was a significant difference in the unilateral RSI response strength index(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in),CMJ height index(p > 0.05).All the three groups tested by Xsens MTw Awinda accelerometer Institute significantly increased the front and rear hand straight punch effect(p < 0.05).In terms of the balanced improvement index, the front and rear straight punch in the unilateral(UNI)group and the single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)did not increase significantly(p > 0.05),while in the three groups tested by the accelerometer institute, the front and rear straight punch effect indexes were significantly increased in the three groups(p <0.05).However,there was still a difference in the absolute change(degree of improvement)of the anterior and posterior straight punching effect in the bilateral(BI)group, indicating that the bilateral training of the(BI)in the bilateral group would further increase the "asymmetry" of the anterior and posterior straight punches.According to the horizontal comparison of the hitting effect, there was a significant difference in the hitting effect of the forehand straight punch, and the(UNI)in the unilateral group and the single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)were significantly higher than those in the bilateral group(BI).There was no significant difference in the effect of hindhand straight punch(p > 0.05),which indicated that there was no significant difference in the improvement of hindhand straight fist between unilateral group(UNI),single + bilateral group(UNI+BI)and bilateral group(BI).Conclusion: the unilateral and unilateral + bilateral compound resistance training design is superior to the bilateral training group in improving the forehand straight boxing effect and improving the explosive power quality of 30%1RM.Compared with bilateral training, unilateral and unilateral + bilateral compound resistance training can rapidly develop the effect of forehand training on the premise of ensuring hindhand training.
