| At present,physical training is relatively lacking in physical education courses in colleges and universities,which is reflected in the lack of attention to physical training and the lack of a set of practical physical training programs.This phenomenon leads to Chinese college students’ physical health,especially sports quality decline year by year.This paper provides the basic theoretical basis for this research through the method of literature and logical analysis.The expert interview method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method were used to construct a three-level index system consisting of six first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes,and 88 combination and variation of training movements,namely trunk pillar strength,movement preparation,rapid expansion and recombination,motor skills,strength training,recovery and regeneration.The weight relationship between first-level indexes and second-level indexes was determined by AHP.Based on the functional training system of college football elective courses constructed by the empirical research method,the corresponding functional training plan is designed and the practical effect is demonstrated simply.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The application of functional training in football elective courses is important,feasible and highly implementable,which can prevent injuries and enhance students’ physical health from the perspective of students.(2)Establish a set of functional training system suitable for college football elective courses,and determine the importance of each module of functional training in college football elective courses.(3)Through a simple empirical study,it is preliminarily believed that the constructed functional training system is effective.By comparing the average value of various test data before and after the training intervention,it is found that it can promote students’ speed quality,lower limb explosive power,coordination,agility,flexibility,balance and other aspects. |
