This study attempts to implement different hamstring training intervention methods for the three groups, and then study the impact of different training methods on the lower limbs of high school football students, and provide a certain reference for the grassroots football physical training. The research results can help grassroots coaches to enrich practical experience of functional training and improve the players’specific sports abilities. This study adopts the literature method, experiment method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.24 students in the second grade football specialization of Caozhou Wushu School in Heze City,Shandong Province are selected as the experimental objects, and they are randomly divided into 3 groups(group A,group B and group C).Among them, group A uses a combination of hamstring functional training and traditional hamstring training, group B uses hamstring functional training, and group C uses traditional hamstring training. An 8-week training intervention was carried out,the data before and after the experiment was sorted and summarized, and the data before and after the experiment was analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance. The following research conclusions were finally drawn:(1)The hamstrings were not functionally trained. It has a significant impact on the flexibility of the lower limbs among the subjects in each group;(2)The functional training methods of hamstrings are closer to the sports state of the game, which helps to improve the ability of the players to support one foot and stretch the hips under unstable conditions. The stretching motion mode has a significant effect on improving the sprint speed;(3)Functional training of the hamstrings improves the conversion efficiency of motion, enhances the ability of rapid hip extension, strengthens the motion mode of the lower limbs, and makes the strength of both sides more balanced. At the same time,it also developed balance ability and proprioception, which has a significant effect on improving the explosive power of the lower limbs in a single direction;(4)No special anaerobic endurance training for the lower limbs was arranged in this study.Oxygen endurance produces a significant intervention effect. |
