| Objective:In the perspective of football athletes competitive ability development,according to the characters of football sports,football player physical quality and the need of shot technology,functional design football training,and the experimental intervention study,comparative analysis of functional training and the effect difference of traditional football training,thereby to explore the special physical quality of functional training of football player,and shot the effect on the stability of the technology,and provide theoretical reference for the development of functional training of football as well as the basis.Methods:Using functional training as the carrier,according to the special physical quality of football players and the characteristics of shooting skills,and referring to the domestic and foreign experience and content of functional training,the functional training intervention program suitable for football players is designed.In this paper,a total of 21 college football players in Jilin University were selected as the experimental subjects,and the players were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received functional training for 30-45 minutes twice a week for 9 weeks according to the functional training intervention program designed in this study.The control group maintained the original traditional teaching activities.Respectively before and after the experiment,the experiment object body functional assessment(FMS),the special physical quality test and evaluation of three shot technology evaluation part,functional action assessment include:points before and after the squat,squatting legs step,hurdles,stability of the shoulder joint flexibility,torso,active straight leg lift,spinning stability and special physical quality evaluation include: 30 meters straight line,a throw-in,standing long jump,Illinois sensitive run a reverse layup,5×25 m,shooting technical stability indicators include: through on goal,28 meters to kick.The independent sample t-test was used to compare the scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,and to observe the differences between the two groups.The paired sample T test was used to compare the scores of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,and the differences were observed.Result:1.Functional training can effectively improve the special physical quality,shooting technique stability and physical function of male football players in colleges and universities.2.Experimental group in test scores before and after the experiment contrast,physical function,stability on special physical quality,finishing technology,were increased,the step in the squat,hurdles,before and after the leg squatting,shoulder joint flexibility,trunk stability,stable rotation,standing long jump,a throw-in,Illinois sensitive to run a reverse layup,5×25,goal,28 meters to kick on,but active straight leg lift,30 meters straight line speed up both test scores and no significant difference.3.Control group in the test scores before and after the experiment contrast,functional test link and no significant increase in body,in the special physical quality and finishing technology stability test individual link also has increased significantly,displays in: 30 meters straight line acceleration,standing long jump,a throw-in,a reverse layup 5×25 m,play on,28 meters in functional assessment and Illinois sensitive body ran several test in the test with a goal of average score before and there was no significant difference with the experiment.4.In the test after the experiment,the average score of body functional movement evaluation in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group except shoulder flexibility and active straight leg lift.In the specific physical fitness assessment,the LLINOIS performance of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the performance of the control group was significantly higher than that of the test group in the 30 meter straight acceleration race,and there were no significant differences in the other three items.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the evaluation of shooting technique stability.Conclusion:1.Compared with traditional training,functional training can improve the body function of football players more effectively.2.Functional training is effective in improving strength quality,endurance quality and agility quality,while the improvement of speed quality needs further study.3.Traditional training is more effective than functional training in improving speed quality,while functional training is more effective than traditional training in improving agility quality.4.Functional training can effectively improve the technical stability of football players’ shooting,and traditional training can also improve the ability of football players’ accurate kicking,but it does not significantly improve the ability of dribing-shooting.The effect of functional training on football players’ technical ability needs further research.Recommendation:1.The proportion of functional training in football training should be increased.2.The effect of functional training on speed quality and skill level needs further study.3.It is suggested that the functional training plan of football should be improved continuously in the follow-up research,and the competitive characteristics of football should be studied in various aspects,and targeted training plans should be designed for different positions and different players.4.Due to the limited research time,energy and research level,this study only explores the influence of football players’ physical function,special physical quality and shooting technique stability.The functional system,cardiopulmonary ability,passing ability and other indicators of football players still need more research to fill this gap and add a more solid theoretical basis for China’s football training.
