Study On The Path Of Tennis In Elementary School In Hefei City Under The Background Of Double Reduction

On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and the Burden of Off-Campus Training for Students at the Compulsory Education Stage,which provides new opportunities for the development of school arts and sports by reducing the pressure and burden,and lays the foundation for the development of school sports.in November 2017,the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the National Youth Campus Tennis Pilot Work was launched to carry out the national The school tennis program,the comprehensive implementation of the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Sports Work in the New Era" during the 14 th Five-Year Plan,and the "Highlights of the Work of the Department of Physical Education,Health and Arts Education of the Ministry of Education in 2018" and other policies laid the foundation for the development of school tennis activities in elementary school.In this context,school sports activities have been emphasized and new opportunities for school tennis are available.This paper focuses on how tennis can enter elementary school campuses in Hefei under the background of the "double reduction" policy,solves the problems of tennis development in elementary school campuses,and proposes a path for tennis to enter elementary school campuses in Hefei.The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of tennis in elementary school in Hefei and improve the health and fitness level of elementary school students.This paper uses research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field survey method and qualitative analysis method to conduct the research to draw the following conclusions:(1)The development of tennis in elementary school in Hefei is mainly based on tennis physical education classes,tennis clubs,individualized tennis courses and tennis school teams.According to the survey and research,the main factors that affect the entry of tennis into elementary school under the background of "double reduction" are the weakness of teachers,the lack of venue equipment,the lack of attention of schools and the lack of financial investment.(2)Tennis social organizations enter elementary school campus,through tennis social sports organizations enter elementary school campus service,promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,redistribute the functions of the government,family,society and school,promote their joint development,collaborative management and promote the realization of the four-in-one education function.(3)Promote the construction of elementary school with tennis characteristics,the Sports Bureau and the Education Bureau can link up to jointly promote the establishment of elementary school with tennis characteristics,through the establishment of elementary school with tennis characteristics to create a brand effect;two school registers for schools and sports schools,so that the integration of educational resources of high quality,the combination of the two modes of system to promote the development of students,when the examination for further education can choose to take the path of special students or participate in the general admissions examination,the two identities can switch with each other;The inclusion of tennis in the secondary school physical education examination,through the introduction of tennis in the secondary school examination to strengthen the importance of tennis in schools and parents,using this means tennis into the elementary school campus in elementary school to promote the development of tennis path.(4)The introduction of tennis in elementary school in Hefei through individualized tennis courses,i.e.tennis social organizations into the school campus,is a more suitable path to enter elementary school campus at present.The advantages of this pathway are that the teachers are more professional,the safety factor can be effectively improved by playing tennis in school,the school can effectively save and reduce costs by cooperating with outside organizations,and the strong policy support,the state,Anhui Province and Hefei City have issued relevant policies to ensure the smooth development of the tennis personalized program in elementary school.Compared with other tennis pathways in elementary school,the advantages of the Hefei tennis individualized program in elementary school include lower threshold for development,strong policy support,better foundation for development,less investment and lower cost,and wide coverage of students.
