Research objectives: Through the research on the influence of Ba-Duan-Jin,a traditional sports event,on college students’ mood,it can prove that Ba-Duan-Jin has an impact on the seven dimensions of tension,panic,depression,fatigue,anger,energy and self-esteem.It provides more references for the use of sports intervention to improve college students’ psychological problems.At the same time,it can promote the excellent traditional culture of our country to enter the campus and give play to the mental health role of Ba-Duan-Jin among college students.Research methods: Thirty students of grade 2021 were chosen as the experimental objects of Ba-Duan-Jin teaching activities.Thirty students of grade 2021 were chosen as the reference objects to take basketball courses.The students in the test were all from the Xuzhou university of technology.Before the start of the empirical research,eight weeks after the empirical research and sixteen weeks after the empirical research,the experimental group and the reference group were measured with questionnaires.After accounting and analyzing the questionnaire results the statistical results were obtained through paired sample t test.Through the experimental results,the influence of Ba-Duan-Jin teaching activities on college students’ mood could be explored.Research results:(1)After eight weeks of experiment,compared with the reference group,the experimental group has improved in the negative mood,positive mood,negative mood disorder(TMD)and mood state but there is no statistically significant difference.After sixteen weeks of experiment,the experimental group and the reference group showed very significant differences in depression,anger,negative mood and positive mood(p<0.05).There were significant differences between the reference group and the experimental group in the total score of negative emotional disorder(TMD),tension and fluster(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in positive mood,energy and self-esteem between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)After eight weeks of the experiment,the students in the experimental group had certain changes in each dimension of their mood state,showing statistically significant differences in tension and anger(p<0.05)and the other eight sub-dimension values were also very close to the standard of significant differences.After sixteen weeks of experiment,the students in the experimental group showed statistically significant differences in nine dimensions of mood state(p<0.05),among which,tension,depression,anger,negative mood and TMD showed very significant differences(p<0.02).(3)Before the start of the experiment,eight weeks after the empirical research and sixteen weeks after the empirical research,there was no significant difference in each dimension of mood state between boys and girls in the experimental group(p>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Through the exercise intervention of the sixteen weeks Ba-Duan-Jin the students in the experimental group showed statistically significant differences in the other nine dimensions except for the fatigue dimension.(2)The length of the experiment is closely related to the improvement effect of college students’ mood state.The longer the experiment is,the better the improvement effect of mood state is.(3)The study found that the improvement effect of the emotional state of the experimental group college students had nothing to do with gender. |
