General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the effectiveness of moral education is the fundamental standard to test all the work of schools",and "we should deepen the reform of the education system,improve the implementation mechanism of moral education,and reverse the unscientific orientation of education evaluation".The important instructions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping have pointed out the direction and provided fundamental guidance for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era.They also show us that the formulation of scientific and perfect,more detailed,easy to operate and meet the education evaluation index system in line with the national conditions has become an important guideline for China’s education reform in the new era.Therefore,this study serves the construction of high-quality education system,follows the research paradigm of "should —— real —— should",according to the basic research of "basic theory research —— index system research—— implementation strategy research",and constructs the index system of the evaluation of moral education in primary and secondary schools.This study mainly answers three core questions : First,what are the connotations and characteristics of the effectiveness of moral education and cultivating people in primary and secondary schools;The second is to focus on which dimensions and use which specific and operable indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of moral education and personnel cultivation in primary and secondary schools;The third is how to reasonably implement the effectiveness evaluation of moral education and personnel cultivation in primary and secondary schools.Taking the CIPP model as the theoretical framework,this research uses literature method,questionnaire,interview,rooted theory and hierarchical analysis method.One is that,In this study,the literature method,the interview method,The important factors to realize the evaluation of the effectiveness of moral education in primary and secondary schools,The research framework of the evaluation index system of moral education in primary and secondary schools is proposed;1,2 It is,therefore,Using questionnaire survey to distribute two rounds of questionnaires,Analysis of the questionnaire results and reference expert opinions through SPSS(25.0),Formed a framework system for the effective evaluation of moral education in primary and secondary schools,Determined its dimensions and indicators;13 is,therefore,Using the root theory method,the interview method,and the AMOS(22.0)professional analytical tools to test and revise the various dimensions and indicators;Fourth,therefore,A hierarchical analysis was used to determine the weights of the various dimensions and indicators,And has carried out a one-time inspection;final,It has formed an index system to evaluate the effectiveness of moral education in primary and secondary schools.Finally,this study believes that the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation in primary and secondary schools refers to the unity of effectiveness,efficiency,and effectiveness generated in the process of talent cultivation and development in primary and secondary schools.Its main characteristics are the integration of goal achievement,process coordination,and potential effects.In addition,this study constructs an indicator system for evaluating the effectiveness of moral education and cultivating people in primary and secondary schools,which consists of four dimensions,twelve indicators,and sixty observation points.Among them,the environmental creation dimension mainly includes three primary indicators:the clarity of strategic planning,the perfection of institutional systems,and the freshness of cultural themes;The resource empowerment dimension mainly includes three first-level indicators,namely,the supply of excellent teachers,the achievement of intelligent campus,and the reasonable use of funds;The dimensions of collaborative education include four primary indicators,namely,the ideological and political penetration of courses,the richness of moral education activities,the coverage of high-quality courses,and the breadth of the education system;The effectiveness oriented dimension mainly includes two primary indicators,namely,the degree of achievement of educational goals and the degree of response to school running effects.Based on the designed evaluation index system for the effectiveness of moral cultivation in primary and secondary schools,suggestions are made for the standardized and reasonable implementation of the effectiveness evaluation of moral cultivation in primary and secondary schools from the aspects of mode selection,tool design and implementation,and resource guarantee system. |
