The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of grass-roots organizations,improve the direct democratic system and working system at the grassroots level,and enhance the effectiveness of self-management,self-service,self-education,and self-supervision of urban and rural communities.Participate in the grass-roots governance channels.As an important measure and an important part of my country’s grass-roots democratic politics construction and an important part of social governance,residential autonomy is the foundation of urban community governance.The regional development model promotes the development of the community from the bottom to top,and attaches importance to the concept of residents ’participation and cooperation with the practice of residential autonomy.The realization of community residents’ autonomy is inseparable from the support of social work.The social work intervention in the community in the regional development model under the regional development model Residents’ autonomy can promote the healthy development of the community.This article takes the E community of e City as an example,based on the concept of regional development model,and conducts practical research on social work intervention in community residents’ autonomy.The interview results summarize the dilemma of residents of community T community,and analyze the dilemma of residents in the T community.In response to the needs of residents of the T community to formulate the goals and service plans of social work intervention in community residents’ autonomy under the development model of the region,from cultivating autonomy,setting up autonomous organizations,carried out autonomous actions,creating four aspects of community culture.stage.Social workers carry out different theme activities at different stages,intervene in the autonomous autonomy of community T community,enhance the awareness of participation in residents ’communities in the T community,enhance residents’ sense of belonging and attachment to the community,and create a sense of community community.At the same time,promote the cultivation of residents’ autonomy capabilities,accelerate community integration and development,promote the autonomy process of residents in the T community,and promote the healthy operation of the community.In summary,in the practical research of social work intervention in community residents’ autonomy under regional development model,the clear role positioning of social workers can ensure the quality of community services.It is conducive to the improvement of residential autonomy.Three points of reflection on the practical research of social work intervention in community residential autonomy under the regional development model.First,improve the professional level of social workers and introduce professional talents;Second,social work intervention under the regional development model needs to be adapted to local conditions;The third is to give play to the role of community autonomous organizations.
