A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work On Urban Community Residents' Autonomy

China has vast territory and abundant resources, and the population density is very high, the population a total of nearly one billion four hundred million, as the largest population country in the world. But the huge population quantity is a very big challenge for social management and community autonomy. In the past few decades, due to development of economy and material progress which increase the uncertainty of world development, various social problems, development and management defects are gradually exposed, which makes the urban social management system has been constantly restructuring, original urban community management system have been faced with the new reconstruction and integration. In this process, many experts put forward their own research results about how to deal with this challenge active in sociology, management science and other fields from research and interdisciplinary perspective, which is how start from the local government administrative mechanism, and start from the smallest cell units-the social management organizations of community, in order to achieve from the source of management organization and effectively improve the management of urban residents on social problems.In the process of practice in East barn door community, the author through observation and understanding, found the community of memory in such a special organization-community inhabitant autonomy group. Thus, to have a strong interest, and decided to put it as the object of study of the graduation thesis. After sorting on community management or governance and resident autonomy research results to all the predecessors, the author found in the community management or governance, most of the people are from the perspective of public management, administrative management, community construction and community management system reform and emphasized the government point of view, the main units of the action, research and ignoring the possibility and the feasibility of the self management system of community residents, In only a few articles about the research of the self-government of the residents in the literature, is more from the neighborhood committee, community party organization, community management system and the system and promote the participation of residents and other aspects, also did not reflect the initiative of the main play residents in community management. In view of this, the author takes the social work discipline for supporting creatively put forward the strength perspective as text command guidance theory, taking the community work model for supporting the theory, taking the community social workers to assist social workers practice subject, from professional angle to the micro perspective analysis of Community Residents Autonomy group’s establishment, development, working concept and method, in the operation of the community, and found that the community inhabitant autonomy group in the working process of the problems, and puts forward suggestions and measures with strong feasibility, rationality, operable from the field of social work practice, the implementation of Community Residents Autonomy group sustainable development goal.In this paper, based on the reality, with six chapters as the support, with, pragmatic East barn door of community autonomy group as an example of the city community inhabitant autonomy issues discussed:The first chapter is an introduction. This part includes five aspects:the first is the research background and research significance of this paper are explained, that why to study this issue and the research value of this topic; then reviewing and combing the literature research information system of domestic and foreign related, in comparison to their similarities and differences, explore new way of china community autonomy; then is the theoretical perspective to study the issue of carding, taking advantage of social work theory perspective, highlight the characteristics of the paper; the next is an introduction to research methods, including informal interviews,document analysis method and observation method; the last is the definition of related concepts, analyzes the four important concepts of social work, community work, community governance and the self-government of the residents.The second chapter, this chapter mainly talks from the two aspects. The first is the historical development of city community residents autonomy were collected in stages; the two is a typical mode of city community inhabitant autonomy on the existing are summarized and analyzed.The third chapter, this chapter introduces respectively on east barn door community of Beilin district in Xian city autonomy group situation from five aspects: the establishment background and process of the establishment of the resident autonomy group, development ideas, work idea and the working method, responsibilities and institution, operational effects and social effects in community.The fourth chapter, this chapter mainly discusses the main existed problems of autonomy group in east barn door community of Beilin District in Xian city in the process of work. Respectively explained from four aspects,including community neighborhood committee, autonomous groups, and community residents, social worker.The fifth chapter, this chapter is about the social work intervention advantage in community residents’autonomy. Respectively from four aspects to discuss, the theory of social work, social work values guidance, professional social work method of the intervention and the role advantages of social workers play.The sixth chapter, this chapter mainly discuss six aspects of the perspective of social work aiming at the problems of resident’s autonomous work put forward the countermeasure and suggestion. Respectively from the perspective of using the advantage, the basic principle of giving full play to the advantages of social workers, improve residents’ participation; Using community resources advantage, strengthen training of the team members of community residents autonomy and social workers; With innovative principles of social planning model in community work as a guide, team play an active creativity; With social work professional skill to community service evaluation, motivate team members work enthusiasm; Guided by the regional development model, set up the system of autonomous operation lasting group; Based on the theory of advantage perspective, respect the membership, to realize fair elections.
