Group Work Was Involved In The Study Of The Emotional Plight Of Female Caregivers In Rural Disabled Elderly People

This paper takes the female caregivers of rural disabled elderly in P area of Q city as the research object,guides the social support theory,Ellis’ s "ABC" theory and energy enhancement theory as the interview method and scale method,and explores the current situation and causes of the emotional plight of the female caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas.After interview and scale measurement,it was found that the female caregivers in the P area of Q City had anxiety and depression,and their emotional distress was relatively prominent.There are many reasons for the emotional distress,mainly from the caregiver herself,the caregiver’s family and the external social support.So this paper divides female caregivers’ needs in rural areas into emotional psychological counseling,training care skills,improving family relationships and reconstructing support networks.By conducting "emotional treatment + kinetic energy excitation" as the characteristics of group work mode in female caregivers emotional dilemma research,emotional cognitive repair and self-efficacy improve two functions throughout the team work intervention process always,through the combination of direct and indirect help female caregivers to ease the burden of body and mind,ease family tension,reconstruct social support network.In the process of group work intervention,six group activities were carried out for female caregivers to alleviate the difficulties of female caregivers,and after the end of the study of such problems,the group work mode intervened in the process of the difficulties of caregivers.
