| The internship in physical education is an important practical course for training preservice physical education teachers.By participating in various school physical education jobs,the interns can apply their professional knowledge learned in college to the actual practice,exercise and improve their teaching skills,and become competent for the position of physical education teachers.At the same time,the evaluation results of the interns’ participation in the education internship can be sent back to the training units of the interns to help them improve their teaching and management quality.With the implementation of the new curriculum standards,especially the official promulgation of physical education and health curriculum standards for compulsory education in 2022,the physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools is to be transformed from the previous traditional teaching of physical education knowledge to the cultivation of motor ability,healthy behavior,and physical morality,which has formed an impact on the traditional concept of physical education.In addition,the state has clearly stated in the relevant documents that educational internships should be completed in full and in sufficient quantity to ensure the development of future teachers’ professional competence.The training of interns is even more important,and it is imperative to reform and optimize the evaluation of educational internships as an important part of the work.The evaluation of physical education internship is a comprehensive judgment of the whole process of interns’ participation in education internship through certain evaluation standards and evaluation tools.This paper is based on performance evaluation,contextual cognitive learning theory,and multiple intelligence theory,which also consider the evaluation of educational internship from several dimensions,namely,five dimensions:individual,knowledge,process,method,and effect.The educational internship evaluation index system takes the physical education professional internship evaluation as the entry point,based on the viewpoint of educational evaluation,combined with the disciplinary characteristics of physical education discipline,to build the theoretical model of the internship performance evaluation index system,in order to provide some theoretical value for the improvement of the educational internship evaluation index system of physical education professional.And through the evaluation results derived from this educational internship evaluation index system,the evaluation results are fed back to the training unit,the internship base and the interns themselves respectively,and through the evaluation results,each goes to adjust their relevant behaviors and improve the incomplete areas.This study takes the evaluation activity of physical education internship as the research theme,takes the evaluation subject,evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation results of educational internship activity as the main research content,considers the shortcomings and reasons of the current educational internship evaluation activity,and puts forward feasible suggestions with certain practical significance,improves the internship evaluation system,introduces the concept of expressive evaluation,multiple evaluation subjects,and evaluation activity throughout.This paper adopts literature method,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method to construct and elaborate the theoretical model of education internship evaluation index system of physical education majors.According to the general background of the implementation of the new curriculum standard and the future training goal of high-quality sports talents,the construction of the education internship evaluation index system of physical education majors is carried out according to the abovementioned theoretical basis.Through two rounds of experts’ scoring of evaluation indexes,the results of the questionnaire are mathematically and statistically calculated,and the rank sum algorithm,i.e.,the expert ranking method,is applied to construct the matrix of primary and secondary indexes,and the weights of indexes at each level are calculated step by step,and finally the consistency test is conducted.Finally,through the method of hierarchical analysis,8 primary evaluation indexes were established,including teacher style and morality,personal qualities,knowledge ability,teaching ability,extracurricular activities guidance,classroom management,reflection and research,and internship documents: 33 secondary indexes were used to evaluate the whole process of education internship of interns. |
