In 2017,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Selection of Featured School for Youth Basketball in 2017.Since 2017,10 junior high schools in Xi ’an have been selected as featured school for basketball.After these 10 junior high schools become campus basketball characteristic schools,most of the basketball characteristic schools only stay in the selection criteria,there is no obvious development.In order to better promote the development of campus basketball characteristic schools,this paper studies the development strategy of Xi ’an junior high school campus basketball characteristic schools,with the purpose of promoting the development of Xi ’an junior high school campus basketball characteristic schools.Also can provide reference for the development of other campus basketball characteristic schools.In this paper,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,SWOT analysis method and AHP analysis method are adopted.Firstly,the influential factors are determined by expert scoring and screening,and the status quo of the influential factors are investigated.Determine the strength,weakness,opportunity and challenge factors affecting the development of Xi ’an junior high school campus basketball characteristic school,by constructing the importance judgment matrix of each influencing factor,calculate the weight value of each influencing factor development of Xi ’an junior high school campus basketball characteristic school,and carry out the consistency test of the weight value,and then carry out the overall hierarchical ranking.The overall strength of each influencing factor is calculated,the strategic quadrilateral is constructed by the strength coordinates of each point,and the development strategy vector is calculated to find the development strategy suitable for the basketball characteristic school of Xi ’an junior high school.The results show that:1.There are 24 influencing factors of Xi ’an Junior high school campus basketball characteristic school after screening.The dominant factors are the complete leading group of campus basketball work,the complete award system for basketball teachers,the guarantee of the number of basketball class hours,and the establishment of the safe medical emergency plan.The disadvantage factors mainly include imperfect development planning of campus basketball,imperfect rules and systems of campus basketball,insufficient construction of basketball teaching team,insufficient training of basketball teachers,not rich content of basketball teaching,insufficient innovation of basketball teaching methods,limited number of basketball courts,insufficient development of campus basketball cultural activities,insufficient number and type construction of basketball teams.Opportunity factors mainly include the strong support of national policies,preferential treatment of enrollment policies,the establishment of regular after-school basketball competition mechanism,regular participation in provincial and regional basketball leagues,the establishment of student basketball competition self-rating system,regular communication between home and school,and high personal interest of students.The challenge factors mainly include the contradiction of learning and training,the acquisition and allocation of special funds for campus basketball,the selection of basketball talents,the ambiguity of key training and transportation,and the formulation of basketball training plan.2.Using AHP analysis method and combining the total strength of each factor to build a strategic quadrangle,it is determined that the development strategy of Xi ’an junior high school campus basketball characteristic school should adopt the SOpioneering development strategy,the combination of advantages and opportunities,that is,the development strategy of giving full play to internal advantages and using external opportunities,the two rely on each other.3.The development strategies of the characteristic school of Basketball in Xi ’an Junior High School are as follows:(1)Firmly grasp the national policy and deeply promote the construction of campus characteristic schools(2)Giving play to the guiding and supervising role of the campus basketball work leading group(3)Enrich basketball teaching content and teaching methods(4)Regular feedback and timely communication(5)Recruit special basketball students to set an example of basketball(6)Establish a basketball team and establish a normal after-school basketball competition mechanism(7)Regularly participate in campus basketball league sponsored by provinces and regions(8)Establish student basketball competition self-rating system... |
