For the vigorous development of Chinese basketball and the cultivation of Chinese basketball reserve talents,since 2017,basketball characteristic schools have been selected in pilot provinces and cities nationwide,and Linfen City,Shanxi Province has become one of the pilots,and some basketball characteristic schools have been selected successively.In this paper,taking the selected basketball special primary schools in Linfen City,Shanxi Province as the investigation object,the present situation of basketball teaching in basketball special primary schools in Linfen City,Shanxi Province was investigated by means of literature,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation.Then,by using SWOT—AHP analysis method and combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,the development strategy of basketball teaching suitable for the development characteristics of basketball special primary schools in Linfen City,Shanxi Province was constructed.By using SWOT qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of basketball teaching in Linfen basketball characteristic primary school,and establishes various judgment matrices.After that,through AHP quantitative analysis,the weight values of each factor in each judgment matrix are calculated by experts’ scoring.Then,the weight values of each factor are sorted,and the SWOT quadrilateral strategic map is established.Then,the strategic order suitable for the development of basketball teaching in Linfen City,Shanxi Province is analyzed and calculated,and the strategic direction of its development is found.Research conclusion:1.The internal advantages of basketball teaching in primary schools with basketball characteristics in Linfen City,Shanxi Province mainly include: regular basketball teaching and research activities(S1),high work passion of PE teachers(S2),high enthusiasm of students to participate in basketball activities(S3),and clear basketball teaching objectives(S4);Internal inferior factors mainly include: basketball teaching equipment and venues(W1),lack of children’s basketball teaching materials(W2),shortage of professional basketball teachers(W3)and outdated basketball teaching methods(W4).2.The external opportunity factors of basketball teaching in primary schools with basketball characteristics in Linfen City,Shanxi Province mainly include: the development of basketball activities under the policy of "double reduction"(O1),the strong support of school leaders(O2),the promulgation of relevant national policies(O3)and the holding of "Little Basketball" series events in Linfen City(O4);The external threat factors mainly include:parents’ unclear attitude towards basketball(T1),basketball special fund problem(T2),imperfect school basketball rules and regulations(T3),and lack of professional basketball extracurricular instructors(T4).3.By using AHP,the SWOT indicators of basketball teaching development in Linfen primary school with basketball characteristics are analyzed.The first indicator has the largest weight value of internal advantage S,followed by external opportunity O.The top three indicators in the second indicator are: students’ high enthusiasm for participating in basketball activities(S3),basketball teaching equipment and venue problems(W1)and strong support from school leaders(O2).4.Using SWOT—AHP analysis method,the strategic order of basketball teaching development in Linfen basketball characteristic primary schools is calculated,which is firstly SO pioneering strategy,secondly ST resistance strategy,then WO striving strategy and finally WT conservative strategy. |
