Research On The Development Of Campus Basketball Characteristic School Basketball In Xiangxi Prefecture

Since the state started the construction of campus basketball characteristic schools,Xiangxi Prefecture has explored the construction path of campus basketball characteristic schools in line with local reality and achieved certain results.At present,11 primary and secondary schools have been named national campus basketball characteristic schools.However,as a minority area,Xiangxi Prefecture lags behind in social and economic development.The development of school basketball with campus basketball characteristics is still in the primary stage,and there are still many practical problems in the development.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,field observation and mathematical statistics,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of basketball development in Xiangxi campus basketball characteristic schools and summarizes the achievements through the investigation of basketball teachers and students in 11 youth basketball characteristic schools in Xiangxi from the aspects of organization and leadership,education and teaching,sports training,competition development and condition guarantee,Find the existing problems,and put forward specific measures to optimize and improve,in order to provide a basis for the competent education administrative department of Xiangxi Prefecture to formulate and improve relevant policies and systems,expect to inspire the development and improvement of relevant work of campus basketball characteristic schools in Xiangxi Prefecture in the future,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of basketball in campus basketball characteristic schools in Xiangxi Prefecture.The results show that:1.Policy implementation: Xiangxi campus basketball characteristic school can fully implement the relevant national and provincial policies in the process of basketball development,incorporate the development of basketball into the school sports work plan,and form a relatively sound campus basketball work leadership system.The system is basically built and improved,but the implementation needs to be strengthened.2.In terms of education and teaching: six schools in Xiangxi campus basketball characteristic schools can not guarantee one basketball class per week according to the requirements of the standard.The teaching content of primary school basketball class is mainly about the cultivation of basic basketball skills and interests.The teaching content of basketball technology in junior and senior high school is richer,the teaching content of tactics is added in senior high school,the guidance of basketball extracurricular activities is less,and the behavior in campus basketball culture Material and cultural construction needs to be strengthened.3.After school training: the basketball organization of Xiangxi campus basketball characteristic school is mainly school basketball team and interest group.Each school has one or more school basketball teams in accordance with the requirements of the standard.The degree of scientific and systematic after-school training needs to be improved.The training content is mainly physical quality and basic basketball technology,supplemented by basic basketball tactics,interspersed with teaching competitions.4.In terms of competition: Xiangxi campus basketball characteristic schools have established a normalized after-school basketball competition mechanism in accordance with the requirements of the standard,which can normally carry out school level basketball games,mainly from April to June and October to December every year.There are abundant basketball competitions in the school,and the development rate of school level,year level and class basketball games is good.5.In terms of Condition Guarantee: Xiangxi campus basketball characteristic schools are equipped with more than one basketball special physical education teacher in accordance with the requirements of the standard.The basketball special physical education teachers are mainly men,middle-aged and young people,most of whom have bachelor’s degrees,the titles are mainly intermediate and primary,the basketball referee certificate is mainly level II and level III,and one school fails to meet the requirements of the standard,Teachers are not satisfied with the special funds for basketball work.6.In terms of honors and talent transmission: the honors obtained by Xiangxi basketball characteristic schools in basketball are mainly local honors.At the national and even Hunan provincial level,the honors obtained by Xiangxi schools: ensure the implementation of one basketball class every week,improve the scientific and systematic degree of after-school training,strengthen external introduction and internal training,improve the professional level of basketball teachers,integrate multi-party resources to improve the utilization rate of venues,and establish a diversified and multi-channel fund-raising mechanism.
