| Among the 8576 basketball characteristic schools selected nationwide,there are290 in Shaanxi Province and 67 in Xi’an city.Among the 67 primary and secondary schools,there are 19 senior high schools.Eight representative senior high schools are selected by sampling,which are Xi’an vehicle middle school,Shaanxi Experimental Senior High School,Xi’an Chang’an District No.2 Middle School,Xi’an Yanliang District Xifei No.1 middle school,Xi’an Qujiang No.1 middle school,Xi’an hi tech No.1 Middle school,Xi’an Aerospace middle school,Xi’an Xihang No.1 middle school campus basketball development as the research object.Through the methods of questionnaire,literature,field investigation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper carries out the investigation and Research on 8 senior high schools of 32 youth basketball characteristic schools in Xi’an.Through the analysis and summary of the current situation,this paper explores the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the construction and development of Xi’an high school basketball characteristic school.Teachers: the vast majority of male teachers,mainly middle-aged teachers,teachers with bachelor’s degree,master’s degree and above the number of small.2.In terms of teachers’ professional titles,more than 70% of the teachers have the title of "first class of Chinese education" or above.Every teacher can guarantee to participate in the training once a year,and their satisfaction with their work is acceptable.2.Facilities and funds: only a small part of schools have limited facilities.Most of the school venues,equipment and facilities meet the needs of use,the quality of the venue is qualified,and the equipment is enough to meet the current needs of teaching and basketball training.The funds of eight high school basketball characteristic schools in Xi’an are all from special funds,and the investment of each school in campus basketball is low at present.3.Basketball course situation: it can ensure that students have two PE classes every week,and can complete 18-20 basketball classes in a semester.Every school can arrange basketball skills and physical training content,and the arrangement of teaching form is in the form of large class.4.Extracurricular basketball: the development of extracurricular basketball is relatively good,52% of the students are very satisfied with the current development of extracurricular basketball.At present,the development of extracurricular basketball is mainly based on confrontation practice,and the overall participation of extracurricular basketball is relatively good,77% of the students participate in extracurricular basketball activities.5.Basketball team: the motivation of the players is to exercise their physical fitness,and the relationship between learning and training is prominent.Most school basketball teams can only play two basketball games a year.The most important contradiction is the "relationship between learning and training",to avoid the decline of academic performance caused by basketball team training.Basketball team training as one of the means to improve the performance of cultural courses.In the arrangement of basketball team competition,we should know more about the needs of students,use various means to eliminate various factors that affect the training of players,and increase the frequency of organizing and participating in the game.6.The main factors restricting the development of campus basketball in basketball characteristic schools are government oriented factors,school’s own factors,economic level factors,learning and training relationship factors and family and social factors,among which the government oriented factors have the greatest impact on the development of Xi’an high school basketball characteristic schools. |
