The Level Evaluation And Promotion Path Of The Construction Of Campus Basketball Characteristic School In Yantai City

Since the Ministry of Education issued the notice on the selection of national youth campus basketball schools in 2016,various local basketball schools have been established.As of December 2020,49 schools in Yantai have been selected.How to evaluate the development level of local basketball schools in a timely manner based on the selection criteria,and to propose a path of advancement based on the dimensional weight of the evaluation and field investigations is not only the need of research,but also provides many references and references for local development.Based on questionnaire survey method,field survey method,entropy method,comprehensive evaluation and other methods,taking the development level evaluation and promotion path of campus basketball characteristic schools in Yantai City as the research object,systematically inspecting its existing basic conditions,and then drawing on text analysis,based on the existing file "National Campus Basketball Characteristic School Basic Standards(for Trial Implementation)"(Education and Sports Arts Hall Letter ﹝ 2017 ﹞ 26)as the judging standard,evaluate the development level of campus basketball characteristic schools in Yantai City,and propose Yantai campus basketball On the basis of enriching and improving the governance of local basketball characteristic schools,the promotion path of characteristic schools also hopes to provide useful help for the construction of national youth campus basketball characteristic schools.The results shows:(1)The comprehensive development level score of Yantai campus basketball characteristic school is between 0.0408 and 0.1055,As a whole,it is still in the initial stage of development.The relatively high scores are the Affiliated Middle School of Yantai University(0.1055)and Yuhuangding Primary School(0.0954).The relatively low-level schools include Penglai Wanggezhuang(0.0408)and Haiyang Zhao Hitomi School(0.047).(2)From the perspective of the weight of each dimension,the implementation of national policies(W=0.1015),regular participation in inter-school competitions(w=0.0932),teacher treatment(0.0923)and improving working mechanism(w=0.0751)showed high performance Weight: From the perspective of the degree of effect of each dimension,basketball teachers(B=0.603),implementation of national policies(B=0.575),and improving working mechanisms(B=0.341)have shown a significant improvement.At the same time,it was also found that factors such as the competition system,the inclusion of legal planning,and scientific training showed a restrictive effect.(3)Judging from the actual situation of campus basketball schools in Yantai City,local policies are still lacking.Schools with a clear working mechanism account for88%.The age of basketball teachers shows a certain aging phenomenon,and the proportion of teachers who receive continuing education and special training is very low(30%).Although the infrastructure can meet the needs,it is outdated.In conclusion:(1)The comprehensive development level of Yantai Basketball Characteristic School is not high.Funding guarantee,improving working mechanism and promoting the level of basketball teachers are of great positive significance.At present,the Yantai Basketball Characteristic School have certain constraints on the inclusion of dimensional variables such as legal regulations,competition systems,and scientific training,and should be the direction of improvement in the next step.(2)The basic situation faced by the campus basketball characteristic schools in Yantai City is that the school leaders’ inadequate implementation of policies;the imperfect configuration of facilities such as venues and equipment;the relatively weak allocation of teachers;the imperfect competition training system and other difficulties,the characteristics of the construction of the basketball characteristic school is not obvious.The training intensity of teachers has not mentioned its proper position,and the regional competition system has not been formed,especially the competition and exchange mechanism between schools and grassroots sports teams has not been effectively presented.(3)The promotion path for the development of Yantai campus basketball schools should first be based on the establishment of local standards,and grasp the development direction and leading role.Among them,the Yantai local standards proposed in the article emphasize the details on the basis of the national "standards".And improve the specific requirements of the corresponding items to facilitate the implementation of the assessment.At the same time,it is proposed that the system and mechanism of building a "community of destiny" between schools and local basic sports teams should be realized,the exchange and smooth flow of teachers and competitions should be realized,the brand competitions should be built,and the development of the "sports and education integration" model in the new era should be achieved.
