Chinese martial arts,as the essence of the country and the skill of the people,is not only extensive and profound,with a long history,but also the unique crystallization of wisdom culture inherited by the working people of the Chinese nation for thousands of years.To promote the development and progress of martial arts courses and related educational activities in the school,not only to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of our country has a good role in promoting,but also to improve the physical quality of students and hone their will quality has a great help.With the advent of the concept of wushu entering the school in recent years,with a series of initiatives initiated by relevant departments,it can be said that wushu has been gradually implemented and recognized in Chinese schools so far,but on the whole its overall influence is not far-reaching enough.More importantly,in this process,problems and hidden dangers from all sides emerge in endlessly,which need to be paid attention to and solved.Fortunately,the latest "double reduction" policy once again provides new vitality and direction for "wushu entering the school".This paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of wushu in Xi ’an primary school under the background of "double reduction",summarizes the experience and deficiencies in the process,and makes practical innovation,so as to better develop wushu education in schools,more in line with national policies,promote the better integration of "double reduction" and wushu movement,and provide theoretical basis and practical strategy for the development of wushu in schools.In this paper,literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to investigate the present situation and strategy of wushu entering the school of Xi ’an primary schools under the background of "double reduction",and a total of 18 primary schools in "Cheng6 districts" of Xi ’an are randomly selected as research objects.Through the collection of literature records and national policies related to the development of wushu entering the school,in-depth research was conducted on the development status quo,existing problems and influencing factors of wushu entering the school,and combined with the opinions of experts,three questionnaires were designed,which were respectively issued and withdrawn,and the reliability and validity of the recovered data were tested.At the same time,the obtained data are sorted out,analyzed statistically and analyzed in detail.According to the collation,statistics and analysis of the survey results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Most primary schools in Xi ’an can basically meet the needs of school wushu courses,and the teaching content is mainly basic skills and basic routines.Although the "double reduction" policy can effectively reduce the burden of students on school and help students get more spare time to practice martial arts,the overall level of martial arts in school needs to be improved.(2)The wushu entering the school activity in Xi ’an Primary School has achieved certain results.Students have a further understanding of wushu from all sides.Most of the students are fond of wushu projects and wushu courses in the school,and think it is very necessary to carry out wushu entering the school.Students recognize the role of martial arts in strengthening the body,self-defense and enhancing courage and self-confidence,but they still have a lack of understanding of traditional Chinese culture.(3)Wushu teachers in most primary schools in Xi ’an can basically meet the needs of wushu classes,but the shortage of wushu special teaching teachers,the school’s teacher reward mechanism is not perfect,and the overall level of wushu teacher team still needs to be improved.(4)At present,Xi ’an primary school has a relatively rich variety of martial arts teaching activities,and the activities with a relatively rapid development trend(martial arts recess exercises,martial arts associations)are mostly supported by policies and valued by school leaders;The poor performance of the activities(martial arts school teams and martial arts competitions)is mainly affected by the lack of policy attention,the low level of teachers,the lack of venue equipment and facilities and the lack of funds.(5)There are still some primary schools in Xi ’an with unbalanced development in wushu entering the school,lack of professional places and equipment for wushu education activities,unable to meet the requirements of wushu teaching conditions,and unable to arouse students’ strong interest in wushu.All these problems more or less hinder the continuous implementation of wushu entering the school.(6)The encouragement of relevant government policies,the professional level of teachers,the support of funds,the recognition of society,the attention of school leaders and the cognition of martial arts culture will all have an impact on the implementation of the "martial arts entering the school" activity in Xi ’an primary school.The encouragement of relevant government policies is the most prominent among all the influencing factors,which shows that it has a very important impact on "wushu entering the school".(7)Martial arts aerobics,martial arts stage system,competitive martial arts and traditional martial arts are all the forms of wushu entering the school in Xi ’an primary school at present.They each have unique and irreplaceable expertise and advantages,but at the same time there are inevitable defects and disadvantages.In view of the various development forms of wushu entering the school,it is urgent to find appropriate strategies to upgrade and optimize it comprehensively.
