| Facing the characteristics of the 21 st century,our country has put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents.The essence of this strategy is to train builders and successors of the socialist cause with all-round qualities,and train talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.This strategy has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in higher education.The cultivation of talents in higher education is realized through the curriculum system of colleges and universities.Nowadays,the focus of the reform of higher education is to perfect the training mode and improve the quality of talents training by reforming the teaching content and curriculum system.Therefore,from the perspective of the general trend of higher education reform and the needs of The Times,it is necessary to study the "dual professional" football teacher training curriculum system in sports colleges.This paper is based on the theories of pedagogy,curriculum theory,pedagogy,sociology of education and other disciplines.By means of data method,comparison method,investigation method and statistical analysis method,this paper investigates and analyzes the training objectives,length of study and degree requirements,public compulsory courses,professional compulsory courses,elective courses,practical teaching links and general education courses of football teacher training programs in sports colleges and universities.Football teachers should not only improve their comprehensive quality and professional core quality,but also pay attention to reflection and summary after class.To perfect the evaluation system of football teachers can not only encourage teachers to reflect on teaching,stimulate their enthusiasm for work,constantly improve the teaching quality of physical education courses,but also create a good sports culture atmosphere,to ensure the long-term stable development of school physical education.Actively improve the primary and secondary school football teacher evaluation system,the establishment of teacher evaluation and teacher-student evaluation of teacher evaluation system.According to the students’ physical and mental development and the feedback of the evaluation system,football teachers make corresponding changes to the arrangement of physical education courses to improve students’ interest and enthusiasm in physical education. |
