| At present,higher vocational colleges with enterprises as the main body of running schools are developing and strengthening day by day,providing a large number of labor reserve forces for enterprises.For the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to pay attention to the key —— teachers that affect the quality of school education,and to establish a high-quality team of teachers.On the one hand,we can clearly grasp the current situation of the construction of "double-qualified" teachers under the current mode;on the other hand,we can find out the problems existing in the process of construction in time,so as to better and more quickly formulate countermeasures to improve teachers’ quality,break the dilemma of cooperation between schools and enterprises,meet the needs of high-quality teachers in industrial transformation,and promote the healthy development of national vocational education.In the structure of writing,the author follows the research ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,and divides the structure of the article into four parts,which are progressive layer by layer.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background and research ideas,and defines the important concepts involved;the second part is to sort out the collected text materials to grasp the basic situation of the S college,and through the form of questionnaires combined with field interviews to investigate the current situation of the construction of the "double-qualified" teachers;the third part,according to the results and text materials,analyzes the effectiveness,characteristics and problems of the S college in the construction of the "double-qualified" teachers,and analyzes the problems and finds out the corresponding reasons;Fourth part,combined with the specific situation of S college,put forward the suggestions to optimize the construction of "double-qualified" teachers under the mode of running a school.Based on the case study of S college,the author finds that compared with the higher vocational colleges with the main body of the school,the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in the mode of running a school has obvious advantages and characteristics from the overall situation.However,as a school type with a short history of development,the construction of its teachers inevitably has some areas to be improved and strengthened.There are some problems such as unreasonable team structure,light theory of recruitment,insufficient training and mere formality of incentive system.The main reasons are that the subjective understanding of all parties is not in place,the teacher management system has shortcomings and the construction guarantee measures are not effective.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions to optimize the construction of "double-qualified" teachers under the mode of running a school,including changing the idea of running a school,introducing teachers scientifically,strengthening training,improving the quality of "double teachers ",perfecting incentive assessment,establishing teacher feedback mechanism,optimizing the structure of school funds and increasing the financial support for the construction of " double-qualified " teachers. |
