In recent years, sports results of our speed skating has improved by leaps and bounds, especially in women and men is more obvious short distance, but you can see that China speed skating in the distance events with world powers still some speed skating lag, bodily functions, technical level of athletes and athletic ability is the key to break through this bottleneck. The train young skater speed skating is the top priority of the World Summit climb. Because young athletes body of the function is not yet fully mature, not so much the anaerobic exercise, avoid affecting the future to improve athletic performance, it should give priority to the development of endurance quality, more aerobic, mixed with a small amount of oxygen and oxygen-free endurance training.Interval training is a very effective development endurance quality training methods. Through research, we found that the current use and research abroad interval training more, in different sports, and interval training are more widely used. Sports competition in the domestic field, there are a growing number of sports in the application of interval training, although the study confirmed that interval training can improve Stamina, but this training method is in athletics, swimming, cycling and other projects applied more widely, but in the speed skating community research and application of interval training, there are still different perceptions and understanding of the application is also not very extensive, and the subjects of this article to this special group of young people, adolescents bodily functions different from adults, so the schedule of the training program and the control load intensity have more stringent requirements, the issue of young athletes due to the bodily functions, not to do too much anaerobic training, aerobic capacity so the focus of this article for athletes and mixed aerobic capacity test research.Aiming to improve the juvenile skater Jilin Province(national level athletes) Endurance in issue, the development of research using interval training Stamina, this article will focus on the characteristics of the different energy supply through the development of interval training and strengthening of experimental study interval training. Combined with the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments and mathematical statistics, for the junior skater at the national level for a period of eight months of intermittent training.This article focuses on the athlete’s blood lactic acid(HL) and athletic performance research and analysis, analysis and comparison of the various indicators and athletic performance at each stage before and after training. Through the use of interval training the following conclusions: 1 in blood lactate standard values unchanged, load intensity increased steadily, to efficient completion of the training program; 2 can improve the body’s blood lactate clearance rate, enhance the body’s blood. lactic acid tolerance; 3. can improve heart and lung function level athletes; 4. Players can increase 1500 meters and 5000 meters athletic performance. These conclusions confirmed by intermittent training to improve the quality of juvenile skater endurance of great help.
