| Since the country proposed to implement the "dual tutor system" to jointly cultivate professional master’s degree graduates,good results have been achieved.The "dual tutor system" refers to the cooperation between two tutors on and off campus to cultivate graduate students,one from a university,and the other from a cooperative unit(such as primary and secondary schools,sports teams,local sports institutions,etc.)related to the field.On this basis,it constantly enriches and improves the teaching content and form,enabling graduate students not only to accept traditional teaching content at school,but also to conduct practical teaching outside,It is a new type of cultivation mode.The implementation of the "dual mentor system" aims to better meet social needs and cultivate composite talents with strong self qualities and innovative abilities.Many universities around the world have responded,but in the process of implementing the "dual tutor system",many urgent problems have emerged.This thesis selects Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as a case study to investigate the implementation of the "dual mentor system" for graduate students with master’s degrees in physical education.It selects internal and external tutors,graduate students with master’s degrees in physical education,school administrators,and staff of the Graduate Training Office to conduct research and explore several key issues that should be paid attention to in implementing the "dual mentor system.".Through investigation,it is believed that five aspects,including policy and system,teacher construction,communication and cooperation,management supervision,and internship base,are the main factors affecting the implementation of the dual tutor system,and the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Strengthen top-level design,establish and improve the "dual mentor" system operating mechanism: refine the system text,improve rules and regulations;Increase financial investment and broaden the channels for fund guarantee.(2)Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the overall level of tutors:introduce high-level young people and optimize the age structure of tutors;Tutors strengthen the team of dual mentors and enhance their professional qualities.(3)Improve and perfect the management guarantee mechanism and improve the management level: establish an effective "dual mentor system" guarantee mechanism;Establish a mentor assessment system and incentive mechanism(4)Strengthen cooperation and communication,and establish a communication platform.(5)Innovate the practice and training mode and strengthen the construction of practice bases. |
