With the development of higher education,the contradiction between the number of graduate students and the quality of training has become a prominent problem in the development of current graduate education.The quality assurance of postgraduate training has also become the central content of research by experts and scholars.Ensuring the quality of postgraduate training is not only related to the construction of "double first-class" in my country,but also an important path for local universities to participate in higher education competition.The quality of postgraduate training is essentially the coordination of various subjects within the university to act on the subject of postgraduates to enable them to have the comprehensive capabilities required by the new era.Quality assurance is an activity in which each subject adopts relevant methods to continuously improve quality.The thesis starts from the quality assurance of postgraduate training,and explores and optimizes the path of postgraduate training quality assurance along the idea of "discovering problems-raising problems-solving problems".The quality of postgraduate training is the purpose of postgraduate education,and we must start with training.What needs to be considered is what problems exist in the current quality assurance of postgraduate training? How to optimize the training quality assurance path?The thesis conducts a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical basis and core concepts related to the quality of postgraduate training.Taking University Z as an example,using questionnaire survey and interview methods,through factor analysis,it proposes enrollment management,faculty,curriculum teaching,scientific research environment,and management.According to the five factors of the system,the final survey shows that the quality of postgraduate training in University Z is basically satisfactory.There are differences in the quality of postgraduate training in terms of grades,the number of times of tutors and background factors.The regression analysis results show that the faculty,course teaching,scientific research environment and policy management have an impact on the self-evaluation dimension of graduate students.The results of the comprehensive analysis show that it is necessary to optimize each link of postgraduate training,so that the quality of each link meets the training standard,and then the overall quality is guaranteed.The thesis concludes that the quality of graduate students in University Z needs to be improved to a certain extent,such as insufficient tutor guidance,outdated course content,scientific research environment to be improved,insufficient management system,insufficient thesis management,and insufficient ability of students.In response to the existing problems,the thesis proposes multiple ways to attract high-quality students,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,promote the comprehensive reform of the curriculum,create a good environment,establish a sound management system,strengthen the management of dissertations,and cultivate the comprehensive ability of graduate students.The innovative point of the thesis is to use the empirical research method to analyze the problems and optimization paths of the quality assurance of postgraduate training in local "double first-class" construction universities based on the starting point of the postgraduate training quality under the background of "double-class" construction.This not only broadens the perspective of postgraduate training quality assurance,enriches the theories of postgraduate training quality assurance,but also provides a reference for local "double first-class" construction universities to train high-level talents. |
