With the concept of sports power deeply rooted in the people's mind,sports education has been paid more attention.Since the country proposed to adopt the dual tutor system to train the professional degree graduate students,it has achieved good results.The dual tutor system is a new training mode,which uses two tutors both inside and outside the school to participate in the whole postgraduate training process.One of the tutors is from the University,and the other is from the cooperative units(such as primary and secondary schools,local sports institutions,etc.)and experts related to this field.The purpose of the implementation of the dual tutor system is to meet the needs of the society and cultivate comprehensive talents with excellent quality and outstanding innovation ability.Since 2017,the Ministry of education and the academic degree committee of the State Council have put forward the "dual tutor system".While each school actively responds to the development of dual tutor system,there are also contradictions such as inadequate implementation and unbalanced development.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis,this study focuses on three colleges and universities in Henan Province with full-time sports master training qualification,and issues questionnaires to 128 in school tutors,151 sports master degree masters and 79 out of school tutors in three colleges and universities in Henan Province,from the perspective of the situation of double tutor system teachers and the management of tutor team The situation,the communication and dialogue between teachers and students,and the construction of the practice base were investigated.The results show that: the number of tutors is relatively small,the structure of professional titles and academic qualifications is good;the role of off campus tutors in the training process is very limited;the assessment system is not perfect,there is no incentive system for tutors;the frequency of communication between teachers and students is low,the frequency of contact between tutors inside and outside the school is lower;the types of practice bases are not rich enough.Analysis of the following problems: first,in terms of the dual tutor system teachers,teachers are insufficient.2?The overall age structure of the tutor team is relatively large.3?We don't pay enough attention to the role of tutors outside school.4?The tutor management system is not perfect.5?The effect of communication between teachers and students is poor.6?There are deficiencies in professional practice.Put forward the following countermeasures: first,reduce the recruitment threshold appropriately according to the situation,and attract young teachers to teach in Colleges and universities.2?Strengthen the tutor team and try to carry out pre job training.3?We will improve the assessment mechanism and establish an innovative incentive mechanism.4?Establish communication platform and formulate system to ensure operation.5?Create a new model of practice base.
