The development of China’s sports industry has ushered in a golden decade.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for Sports,the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Sports,the Outline of a Strong Sports Country,the Outline of a Healthy China 2030 and other supporting policy documents have made the promotion of sports venues a national strategy.Among them,the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Sports clearly proposes to complete the digital upgrading of more than 1,000 stadiums and gymnasiums and build a number of smart stadiums.For the sports industry,in addition to the expansion,transformation and improvement of the basic functions of venues,digital and intelligent transformation is bound to become a new direction of the construction of all kinds of stadiums.Upgrading from traditional stadiums to smart stadiums,smart stadiums have brought profound changes to stadiums.From the perspective of functional needs of smart sports venues,this paper analyzes the impact of functional items of smart sports venues on the satisfaction of sports participants and fans,whose satisfaction directly affects the utilization rate of smart sports venues by sports participants and fans.Only by attaching importance to the user experience of each functional project,accurately grasping the functional needs of smart sports venues,understanding the real needs of users,and mastering their pain points and blocking points,can we integrate the limited venue resources and provide better services for them.The construction of a smart ecological network of sports venues featuring mutual coexistence,win-win and shared benefits is conducive to the sustainable development of smart sports venues,and is of great significance to the continuous meeting of people’s endogenous needs.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and customer satisfaction theory,this paper focuses on the research topic of functional demand identification of smart sports venues.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation and mathematical statistics to study the functional requirements of smart sports stadiums based on KANO model.It also uses the traditional KANO model,mixed class analysis and Better-Worse satisfaction index analysis to analyze the functional requirements of smart sports stadiums.According to the functional and specific functional requirements of smart sports venues,practical suggestions are put forward,which are as follows: focus on the site development service of smart sports venues,continuously optimize mass sports services and sports business development services,and deeply tap the potential of competition performance service demand;It takes "meeting the needs of participants" as the premise and basis for the development of smart sports venues,brings "key indicators" into the construction related to the function upgrading of smart sports venues,and takes "demonstrating charm" as the goal of service innovation of smart sports venues.These development strategy information is the most favorable reference for the function upgrading,reform and innovation of smart sports venues,as well as the strategic adjustment of sports market,so as to put forward constructive concrete measures and suggestions based on feedback. |
