With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the issue of aging population is becoming increasingly prominent. According to the results of the sixth census of2010showed that more than60years of age reached167million which accounted for13.26%in China’s total population, the aged65and above accounted for8.87%. This shows that the aging population has become a major trend and one of the social problems in the21st century. Especially in recent years, the pension problem of the vulnerable elder has been more apparent. The investigation takes the vulnerable pension status quo for the elderly in Luyang District as a starting point. Combined with the sociology and expertise of social work, taken household surveys one by one and face-to-face interviews, it integrates questionnaires, interviews, etc.; through the statistical analysis based on survey and interview transcripts, the paper takes multi-angle and deeper point of view to analyze the special needs of the elderly care service and summarize the current pension problems and the reasons faced by the vulnerable elder in Luyang District; finally this paper proposes related counter-measures and suggestions. I explore the special needs of elderly care services and think about them so that we could make social work give full play to the pension field and further explore solutions to form good mode of operation of pension needs for the vulnerable Elders, based on the above, it is hoping to ease the enormous pressure of pension service. |
